Should be zero stars. Scam. I own DuPont lighters and I purchased this as a birthday gift to match my own. It was nothing like a genuine DuPont lighter - cheap, tacky, hollow, wouldn’t pay a tenner for it. Now I have to turn up to my mate’s birthday empty-handed.

Don’t waist your money on this lighter like I did

I’ve owned many lighters over the years, and spent loads of money searching for the “one”. This is it. Truly outstanding - so well constructed and finished. Beautiful to look at and use. Simple ergonomics and so pleasurable. A real treat and any smoker would be thrilled to own one of these. Quickly delivered with no fuss. Worked as soon as I filled with gas. Always lights on first click. Needle point accuracy. Very very happy.

Appears to be a decent enough lighter, but I can't see how it warrants the significant price tag. What really disappointed me was the flame control. Who, these days, makes a torch lighter where you have to go off and get a screwdriver simply to adjust the height of the flame? Utterly ridiculous! Returned for refund.

Great lighter. It has a nice smooth action with a flame aperture cover that opens/ closes with operation.
