Glad I paid the extra for larger size, simple and works well. Just remember to empty before liquid goes cold and rinse well with hot water.

Does what it says on the tin.

Ideal - you fill it with roasting juices, let the fat rise to the top then squeeze the handle to open the bottom pipe so the juices come out and leave the fat behind. It's only worth 20 quid due to the uniqueness of it - the build quality feels more 7 or 8 quid tops (it's plastic). But they're not normal jugs hence the steep price. Went in the dishwasher fine but you'll need to hand wash the rubber pipe at the bottom as it naturally sits shut, trapping grime.

Brilliant piece of kitchen equipment. Excellent for separating out fat from stock.

We have started to make our own stock and I saw this and thought it would be good to firstly remove the larger pieces from the liquid and also separate the fat content. The jug is ok but the main problem is with the rubber seal at the bottom. When you pull the handle, the rubber stays closed and you have to reach underneath the jug and squeeze it to start the stock flowing. It is also not removable so a bit difficult to clean. It also doesn’t have a lid so you can’t leave you stock/gravy in it.

El producto es bueno , solo que tardo 30 días en llégame. Ya había pasado thanksgiving y Navidad y no pude usarlo. Será para el próximo año.

Convenient size and design execution. Having a top is a plus. Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability.
