Veh. 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe, with spec D (trash) headlight fixtures Also have projector fog lights, you'll see a photo with those in as well. 😊 -Wow. Spectacular results. I read through these reviews and such, and decided with my experience working on my truck, and proper tools, I should get good results.. I was wrong, I got astounding results. I didn't even take before photos because my lights sucked so bad. Are you kidding me?! Look at these pictures and the light output, for this price, what!? Much needed light upgrade, popped my lenses off with heat gun and the projector fit right in the hole, no dremel, no trimming, no grinding. No stripped screws, no faulty parts, nothing missing. (I did have to trim the projector shroud to fit my headlight lens-easy) I even eye-balled the horizontal aim and just tightened everything up. 45min for both lights, hooked up... Done. I'm so thankful right now haha. -DISCLAIMER 1.their is NO SEAL for the bulb itself (where it attaches to projector) I used a couple extra o rings I had from a suspension rebuild kit for my mountain bike, and called it a day. 2. You will need to get a pigtail adapter to wire in your highbeam power/opener (in my case I needed the 'all lights on' chip from Fleece performance) Peace out people, God bless!! -Collin, southern California

First of all, they're cheap projectors. Not Morimotos. Curb your expectations. Having said that, these are a great value. They arrived in excellent condition with all the screws, bulb retainer clips, etc... I build custom lights for people and have used all the major brands but some can't afford the high end stuff. So, I use these. Light output is good, there is a well defined cut-off, solenoids have all worked well so far. These are made to accept H1 HID bulbs. They are made of plastic. It is possible to over-tighten and strip the thread that secures them to the bowl of your headlight. Tighten them slowly and stop when they are snug.

It a nice cheap budget build, nice cut line also. Just wish the lock nut would be a bit longer...cause it not enough thread to grips

I purchased these due to the high ratings compared to the other assemblies. Pulled one out and checked it out, and for the price, they are good. Installed the first one without a problem. Pulled the second one out of the box, and the locking nut was stuck. Tried to get it off and noticed that it is cross threaded on the housing. Aluminum shavings when spinning the nut. Now I realized why they were so cheap. Trying to get a replacement and amazon can not send a replacement. That sucks, because I have one completely installed and now I have to disassemble the headlight and return these. Double the work.

For the price, they work pretty well. Dual fitted projectors for my CRV. good bean cut off. Lights look bright, but do not blind others which is great!
