A fabulous ruler! Great for using with rotary cutter or craft blades and keeping fingers safe!!
I have several types rulers of which I use for my sewing and crafting. What I didn’t have was a ruler that I trusted myself using when cutting with a sharp blade...with the triangle ruler I knew it would not only provide a straight edge for my pencil lines but also a way of protecting my fingers when using a blade! I can safely hold the top edge of one side of the ruler whilst using one of the others as the line for cutting or lone drawing. It has a variety of measurements on each side and all very useful. Perfect for my sewing pattern cuttings as when use my acrylic rulers, the blade catches and dinks the acrylic and makes my rotary cutter skip parts of the fabric leaving it attached, with this metal ruler, the blade (including craft knives) just skims past without obstructing the blade and the bonus of keeping your fingers attached to your hand! Very useful and a great price too. Definitely recommended!

Well Built, Strong and Accurate
Needed a heavy duty metal ruler to be used a guide for a stanley or craft knife when cutting leather and other stuff and this ruler fits the bill perfectly an affordable price. Not really much else I can say about a ruler... the markings are clear and easy to read and comes in both imperial and metric and is the standard 30cm length. Being metal it's strong and robust feeling and I see no reason why it wouldn't last the rest of my lifetime. At the price paid I am happy that I got good value for money and would happily buy again if need be.

Really well made, but no scale for inches?
It has a bunch of different scales except inches... why? You'd think being one of the most common units they'd put it somewhere on it. It does have centimetres and other 100 base units. Really well made, sturdy, not too heavy. Recommended.

Brilliant.
A triumph of simplicity, whoever would have thought! This is a three edged, triangular profile, straight metal bar. The edges are so straight if you use them as a guide for a pencil line you end up with a perfectly straight line !! Not only that, because of the graduations scribed into the edges, having drawn your straight pencil line you can then measure it's length! And it doesn't end there, because the three edges are each separated by 120 degrees the third edge is perpendicular to a surface the other two are resting on, meaning it can be used relatively safely as a guide for a craft knife provided you a) hold the perpendicular edge and b) are not drunk. It also makes a very handy pointer when emphasising an observation or a simple 'how to' instruction. Oddly, I have discovered ( and I accept there is no scientific reason for this ) when used in this way in conversation with the 'other half' the room becomes somewhat frosty. This really is the king of the toolbox. Probably why they have called it a ruler.

Solid ruler that doesn't chip or bend
It's a good solid ruler. Lots of different measurements on different sides - which took a little getting used to - but they are all accurate and some two years on none have worn off. None of the corners are sharp (which I've found can be an issue) and it was great value for money.

A solid metal scale ruler
There isn't a great deal to say about a scale ruler really! It's a nice sturdy ruler which comes in very useful when using a cutting mat and a blade to cut paper. I bought the Helix A4 Double Sided Cutting...

Dangerously sharp ends which should have been sanded/filed by manufacturer.
Does the job but it's very rough and ready. The ends have simply been cut with a band saw and not files so they're extremely sharp and dangerous. The printing of the numbers doesn't look like it will stand up to much long term wear and tear but a few weeks in and they still seem to be legible.
