Great speakers sounds terrific and clear also fit nice on big ceiling

Nice speakers but the "paintable" grill is not paintable, there is a paper behind the gril that is white. So we tried to paint it black and it made the sound horrible and muffled. Unfortunately now the grills are unusable with the paint the way they are. The other speakers we put inside the house and are not painted look great.

I bought this four-pack for installation during a remodel. I installed two speakers in the ceiling of my TV room, which is about 16-feet square with a large cased opening and bow window. They sound great. The other pair I installed about ten feet apart in a high wall for a much larger room. Again, I am perfectly satisfied with the sound, both spoken word and music. I admit I'm no picky audiophile, but these Micca 8-inch speakers are just what I wanted.
