Great quality foldable sim rig
A great stand for the price and if 100% better than having to strap your pedals to your chair legs to keep them at the right distance. Folds away pretty well enough for me to get under my desk as I still attach my wheel to it . Quality is really good and gives a range of distance adjustment with the chair leg tray

Sturdy, versatile stand which can be expanded to a full sim rig.
I've had this wheel stand for a couple of years now, so I feel I can leave a pretty informed review! I purchased it for my Logitec G29 wheel, pedals and shifter, which screwed directly onto the pre-drilled mounting plates using the screws supplied. Everything I needed was in the kit. I have since added a Fanatec shifter, which also screwed directly onto the shifter mount. In use, the stand is very solid. It's heavy, so don't expect to carry it about much, but that weight keeps everything stable when racing. The shifter mounts can be fitted to either side of the wheel. While the wheel stand on its own is great for sitting in front of the TV on the couch, its real strength is in its flexibility. The stand is just one part of an expandable system, and I have since added the seat base extension, a seat, a monitor stand and several extra shifter mounts to hold a handbrake, mouse tray and the Fanatec shifter. I have additional mounts for my Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS throttle and control column so I can convert from driving to flight sim rig in minutes. I've also made an instrument / switch panel and mounted my rudder and driving pedal sets on plywood bases which screw to the holes in the GT Omega stand, allowing me to swap them quickly. My wheel stand has grown gradually to accommodate my growing simulator system, and it's been a very affordable way to build a complete sim rig. The wheel stand is directly compatible with addons for the Classic Wheelstand (including the seat base extension), and most of the accessories for the ART stand will also bolt directly on - including the HOTAS mount if you don't mind drilling two extra mounting holes. I have added the optional wheel kit, and that allows me to split the seat frame from the wheel stand really easily, making it simple to wheel the two halves from room to room if I need to. Built into a complete sim rig, this is an excellent and very sturdy system. I considered upgrading to a purpose-built rig recently, and decided not to bother as the GT Omega rig is doing everything I need it to. I use it daily for Assetto Corsa, American Truck Simulator, Wreckfest and various flight simulators. I totally recommend this wheel stand, and the associated addons.

Solid investment for simple rig
I was looking for something simple to attach a G923 and pedals without going with a full rig. This hits most of the marks for me and was a solid choice. Pros: comes assembled (thank you!), comes with all the screws and bolts needed for a variety of wheels. Folds up into a fairly small profile. Solidly built and sturdy - doesn’t move or buckle when in use even with a lot of torque. Cons: - bit heavy, not something you’re gonna want to lug around especially with kit attached. - No easy way to remove the wheel. Once it’s on, even though it can collapse (after taking out two long support bolts) the steering wheel stays attached and if you’re short on space sort of defeats the purpose of folding it up because the wheel, pedals and motor are bulky and heavy. - collapsing requires reversing and removed the screws so you’ll need the supplies Allen keys handy. A locking latch would have been a lot quicker and smarter and would have made it more portable. Despite the cons, I’m really happy with this rig and would recommend it to any hobbyist sim racing enthusiast who wants a step up without commuting to unnecessary higher end rigs.

Good for use with an office chair - not particularly foldeable
Bought this because even though I could just clamp my wheel to my desk in my home office, the vibration of the force feedback wheel causes a lot of vibration through the desk makingit hard to isolate to the annoyance of my wife. This works great for a standard height office chair and could find a position that was very comfortable for me, and then vibration can at least be reduced by plaing the entire unit on a thick mat. The unit is sturdy and once you bolt down the wheel shifter and pedals, nothing moves about in the unit itself. However the unit can move away from you if you're on a hard wood floor as it's not connected to where you sit like a full playseat, so you'll just need to secure it from moving. It does fold, but it's not a quick or hassle free operation, you have to full remove two hand turnable bolts and unless you turn it on its side, you'll need to hold the wheel up so it doesn't just crash down when you remove them.

Was £15 cheaper if I'd gone direct but overall it's great!
Could have purchased £15 cheaper direct... postage inclusive too. The V1 shifter mount was, for me, a waste of metal/resources and should really be an option. The V2 works really well (with my logitech g shifter)... V1 just gets in the way of my chair. Odd... as I initially thought V1 would be the preferred option. Sturdy enough for my G29 setup. Really adjustable given the inherent restrictions of a folding frame design. Possible to have really tidy cable routing (couple of straps provided but I'd recommend buying some cheap velcro straps too). With the addition of some thumb screw fasteners, makes peddle box quick adjustable for either storage or suiting multiple players. Folds very easily for storage. My wheeled office chair fits perfectly against the frame, a bungey cord stops the chair moving away from the frame. Almost like it says made to fit this way! As a casual entry level sim racer, I've had this a year and see no need to upgrade. Headline.... it's excellent for the money, but go direct.

Perfect For Quick Plug n Play
I've spent I don't know how much on trying to find the right racing rig for my bedroom set up...£150 on a Currys racing seat that was too big and too low ( I'm a chunky chap with a bad back and a touch of arthritis ) so my wheel didn't get used , was just gathering dust. Sold it on Gumtree at a great loss and decided to go for this stand, what a top notch piece of kit, came pretty much ready assembled , only had to add the gear shift mount , hook up my Logitech G29 pedals and wheel, bit of cable management and coupled with my adjustable mini office chair it works a treat ! I love the fact it is sturdy as anything, you can bolt your wheel and pedals to it so nice n firm and it collapses to stow away....best of all, it doesn't cost a fortune to buy ! Just been rallying with WRC 8 for the last 2 hours, oh and there is no bar down the middle to knock your legs on when braking and accelerating that my old rig had. Best buy in ages for my low budget sim rig. Thanks GT Omega for a fab piece of kit at a great price ! Well impressed.

Great build quality, adjustable, and decent anchor points.
Great build quality, adjustable, and decent anchor points. Took me a very short time to put it together, and was impressed with the build quality, with no hassle trying to get the pieces together. The instructions are very sparse however, but a wee bit of common sense, and it's together. There are a few points on it that can be adjusted for height, leg room etc, and no doubt I will fiddle for a bit to get it perfectly positioned, but that is a good point about this - it can be set up in a position that will suit people of all sizes. I was really impressed with the accuracy of the anchor point holes. They supplied wing-nut style bolts to attach the wheel and pedals to the rig to stop them moving around, and they fitted perfectly. This is in addition to the G29 clamps, and holds the wheel and pedals so there is no movement at all when you're playing. Overall, I can't find a fault, try as I might in order to provide a balanced review... it's brilliant.

A really solid, sturdy stand
I use it for my flight sim set-up, the pre-drilled holes don't line up with my Thrustmaster T16000m stick and throttle so I just cut a couple of MDF bases and used them as an interface plate, and it works just fine. Well adjustable - solid once fixed in place. The only issues I have is that there is only one shifter plate and the spares are permanently out of stock, so I can't mount one to the other side too to fit a mouse mat on. Another shifter arm unit is supplied, but this L shaped arm fits like a spigot into the base of the main frame, which means it is too close to your seat (if you're using a seat with arms it will be unusable as your seat arms will hit it). The other problem with that is if you buy the seat frame base unit that fits in the same place where the shifter arm goes, so you have to choose one or the other. The seats that fit on that base are all out of stock anyway at GT so... Not sure if they are slowly going out of business or its just a covid supply chain issue - but would advise caution, extras and parts may not be available in future.
