Q: what is the max size of a scanned part?

The maximum size it can scan may depend on the resolution setting and how good capacity your computer can handle. But generally speaking, it can scan around as big as 10 ft size.

Q: Work in macos or work with amd processor?

This scanner only works with Windows Operating Systems. We also recommend Intel processor. More over, NVDIA RTX video card is required.

Q: Will this work with the Microsoft Surface pro 8?

If your Surface pro 8 has Nvidia RTX video card and its system memory is at least 32 GB, and a free USB port, yes it works with this scanner.

Q: Hello, once the object is scanned, is the real dimension of the object obtained in the CAD module?

Yes, after you get the scanned data, you can do the measurements in post processing from the Exscan scanning software and also can get the dimension from any of your CAD software too. This scanner package includes Solid Edge CAD software which you can import scanned data. Only make sure you import the data as mm instead of inch.
