Never buy these modern A/c, comes with locked, you cannot use your own expensive A/c until an engineer comes qnd unlocks it. On one instruction paper company has lied that you can call on customer service number and they will tell you the unlock code which is a total lie, that number doesn't let you talk to a real person and does not tell the unlock code it only take request for engineer visit who will come whenever he wants there is no time or date provided when he will visit. You will buy a modern a/c which you cannot use for many days, amazon says after your product is delivered you will get call from customer service for installation within 72 hours which is also total lie, no one calls you, only you have to yourself request for engineer request. This is the worst experience ever, i never want to buy new A/c now, rather buying a new one it is far far better to buy old A/c so then you will jot have to suffer from these bad practices by all of the companies making everything very difficult for customers for no reason at all. There's no logic whatsoever for locking the simple product as A/c. Buying new A/c in this era where they come locked is the biggest regret of my life it has been total 7 days now since it was delivered to me and i am still not able to use it because it is still locked and i am still waiting for the engineer to visit and voltas did not even provided me a number to call the local customer service in my area. All i can do is wait and hope and there's a good chance the engineer may never visit me to unlock it and then 10 days replacement/return option will be gone and i will be sitting with a new locked product which i will not be able to use ever. I would seriously recommend all people to not buy new A/c from any company especially voltas and amazon.

I Purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star Window AC @ 37k, it's very nice product, it's cooling is So Nice, I have 15 × 10 feet Room And It Becomes Room very cool in few Minutes only, I really like it 😍🆒❄️ it gives very nice performance , it's Sleep Mode is very nice, it's gives a comfortable sleep @ on Required temperature. It's Remote is also good, I can easily use it with my closed Eyes also because it's well designed

Makes too much sound, although cooling is awesome. Sometimes feels like a jet engine. Doesn't have Time ON feature, you can only turn it off automatically in 1 or 2 or .... hours but will have to manually turn it back on.

Very good product. Energy efficient, noise less and cooling efficiency is very high.

Awesome product, cooling nice and also noise is minimal as compared to other AC, I have buy this because I trust TATA product, But company need to work on installation process to get better customers feedback.

Very bad product, poor service, I bought this AC in feb now within 7.5 months the AC needs gas refilling, called customer care, the assigned technician visited and just did nothing and said, another technical will come after 2 hours to refill the gas. It's been 5 hours 3 multiple people called and asked, but they say " Under warranty hai? Sir time lgega aane m aaj bahut kaam hai". Overall experience very bad, Ac parts soo poor quality that within 8 months need repairing. Don't know what will happen after the warranty expires. Customer care girl when asked same question said Sir you should take AMC to avoid any issue in upcoming times.

Cooling excellent , AC no damage, ok, Size ok, value money ok, Air flow excellent, performance excellent, Remote control ok.
