But quality seems good for price paid
Haven’t mounted it in my rack yet. But quality seems good for price paid. Of course metal would have been better than plastic - but of course more expensive.

Really Disappointing
When I saw this product, I thought what a great idea. So I ordered one to see what it was like. It arrived today and as I was unboxing it, I picked it up by the ears to see what the front looked like at eye level and the left ear snapped off. There is no way you could assemble this item and rack it up without it breaking. The build material is so fragile, I doubt you could even nip up an M6 bolt on this without shattering the frame. To test this theory, I pushed the remaining right rack ear with about the same pressure you would push a mechanical doorbell with and it also sheared.

Nice fit, works well
I was pleased with this: the base assembly itself is firm and solid - I suspect that the four weird reviews claiming it shatters like glass are from a competitor - and this comes with the mounting screws and washers to raise the Pis above the rack, allowing good airflow for the warmer, later models. I have fitted Pi 2, 3 and 4 models to it: the mounting screws are all in the same place. The cut-outs allow easy front access to USB and network ports, while the HDMI, power and SD card access is from the rear. One quibble: it's a fiddle to remove and insert SD cards if, like me, you have shovels for hands. It's possible, though, as I prove every time I forget to add an ssh file to the root of the boot drive and have to take it back to add that, which is every time I write a new card.

Works as expected
Good product, made by plastic. A bit tricky to attach the Raspberry's but it looks really good in the 19".

If you care about quality, look elsewhere
Whoever thought making a rackmount case out of 1/8" thick plastic was a good idea should think again.I received a few of these, snapped the ear on one of them when I brushed against the wall of my apartment. I sent an undamaged one to my friend, he cracked through the plastic while tightening a rack screw into it.Having dealt for many years with pro audio equipment from the likes of Crown, JBL, Furman, dbx, etc., I simply can't believe how junky this thing is.

Complete Junk
This is by far the worst piece of equipment I have ever bought. It's very low grade plastic, and there were tons of screws very poorly keeping it together. Then there are a thousand pieces of plastic with no directions on how to clip in your RPi. I would absolutely 100% never recommend this product to anyone, ever.
