Use this every night and it helps me wind down and has stopped nighttime cramps

Blood test did not suggest low magnesium levels but tried anyways for neuropathy due to nerve being irritated from nearby scar tissue. Magnesium is needed for nerve repair so it seemed to make sense. Not suggesting this supplement solves neuropathy but when problem is really bad this absolutely helps. Rubbing magnesium lotion over area with irritated nerve also helps within minutes. Funny thing is, when nerve problem is not severe, magnesium does not help at all. Definitely no placebo effect for me. It works fast when problem severe and does nothing noticeable otherwise. I take 2-3 pills a day anyways because "problem times" involve pretty severe pain. Be careful with magnesium supplementation. Too little and too much both cause health problems. Magnesium is the main ingredient in laxatives, which should tell you what happens if you are getting too much. Also, if you are just starting magnesium supplementation, begin with a lower dose to see how well you tolerate it. I had stomach issues the first few days... and laxative issues. That was a year ago. Body has had no issues with pills since that first few days. I have had no problems with broken pills, or taking the pills. Apparently a lot of reviewers do. Have also not noticed any effect on my sleep, but already sleep well. The only thing this does for me is prevent/stop severe neuropathy pain. Does it help you with issues? If so, tell others. Magnesium DEFINITELY helps me a lot, but only under certain conditions.

These pills are thick. Like, chonky with a capital "C." If you have trouble swallowing anything bigger than a Skittle, good luck. But I’m a professional at this point. I down these things like I’m training for the Olympic medal in "composure." That said, they’re not for everyone. I gave away a whole bottle to a friend, and yep, turned out to be a tough pill to swallow. No pun intended. Maybe this product should come in a half-size version with a split dose for the non-pro swallowers. Again, no pun intended. Just being real. But the effects? Within 30 minutes, I’m a zen monk. Body relaxes, brain melts into soup (the calm kind), and I wind down better than most meditations. It doesn’t wreck my REM like alcohol does. You stay calm without turning into a zombie. Still, it’s a four-star product because no matter how great the benefits are, the pill size is a legitimate barrier for a lot of people. Very effective!

This was a reorder. I have used two bottles over the past few months. I am satisfied with the product. There is only one "con" and that is the pills are not coated. This results in flaking from each tablet and a lot of "dust" accumulating in the bottom of the bottle. Other than that, I have been perfectly satisfied with the product in every way.

I have ordered 2 times, I gave it 5 Stars. Very pleased with it. Tonight 10/30 I was getting ready to order and I realize it is different it has less magnesium Glycinate. I am now looking for a different brand.

This is my third order of Vitamatic magnesium glycinate. It appears to be a good value and I've had zero problems taking it. I'm now on subscribe and save for this item.
