Deluxe 6Amp 2 Way Ceiling Switch Antique Brass and Crystal Feature FPK3-XT-50

I bought this because it was the only one I could find complete with the chain pull coming from the ceiling fitting. The others I saw had to have the metal chain pull attached to a cord coming from the ceiling fitting. I wanted an antique bronze finish which is only available with the crystal (acrylic !) embellishment. Some of the others have the option of ceramic rather than "crystal". A pity the bronze variety does not have that option. oddly the part which fixes to the ceiling has a different finish to the pull switch, but still the best I could find even though it is quite expensive.

Looks just as nice as it does in the picture, tho' not as polished and shiny but that's good as it is a perfect match for my curtain pole and headboard so I'm really chuffed! I actually bought this for a customer of mine. I have installed 3 of them and they look fantastic. They just give off a sense of class compared to the standard white units. The client is over the moon. They feel strong and nicely made so yeah very very happy with them.

Excelent!! Nice switch with a nice action. This is the second one of these I have used. I had one in my previous house too. It looks smart - much better than nylon string and a bit of plastic on the end. It has enough weight to be easy to find in the dark - it doesn't go flying around. There are times when you need light fast... like when the cat has just brought something in to show you and dropped it to announce her arrival with gift and gift has legged it...... Joy.
