Does what it promises. Haven't destroyed it yet (after 3 months). I've dropped it numerous times, left it out in the rain and its even fallen in the washing up bowl. Battery life is good. My only complaint is the camera quality, after having Samsung for years, its disappointing.

Got as a lightning deal on black Friday, value is far more than its price. Very durable, battery life means I can charge it only twice a week. Almost a flagship equivalent. Downside is you need specific headphone jacks and charger cables as the standard ones aren't long enough.

Less than 2 months after purchase, the phone will not charge at all. This is obviously a huge problem, but things were going wrong even before then. The phone would randomly stop recognising the SD card on several occasions, requiring opening up the back of the case and resetting the SD card each time. Around a week ago, the internal speaker stopped working entirely. There was no known cause for either this or the charging failure. Also, the headphone jack and charge point both accept only certain cables, with the non-removable casing blocking many types of audio and USB cable. I can only say that for £149.99, this phone cannot be described as "rugged". I will update further after reaching tech support, but I am not hopeful.

Very chunky but certainly rugged. However hard to view in sunlight which for an outdoor rugged phone is a bit negative.. Instructions non-existent but google turned up some useful support. Camera is poor, I can't believe spec given and no tele function. Eventually returned as sim card wouldn't stay located.

Had the phone for a few days, got the usual problems others have found but will learn how to control the sensitive screen. One thing on mine, the YouTube app is stuck on a porn site from the far east. It also mentions that the subscription is over two months old and will run out soon ! I thought these phones were new, but then I must of missed it in the small print where it says, but we have had it running for months thanks.

It may not be the most advanced on the market but I would wager it is stronger than most. I work outside & have a tendency to drop things like phones; this will take it.

Disliked the fact it turned off during middle of important calls. Does nothing it says and is utterly useless
