I ordered these replacement ear pieces for my Poly headset, and I couldn’t be happier. They fit perfectly and instantly made a noticeable difference in comfort — especially during long calls. I use my Plantronics everyday for work and finally after a year and a half of use, my old rubber piece fell out because the foam spacer dried up and disintegrated. I am very happy that I don't have to replace my still working Plantronics set and instead I was able to buy these little rubber replacement pieces which fit perfectly.
