I have been taking the regular vitamin tablets and they are hard to swallow, horrible taste and leaves me with an upset stomach for approx 10 minutes. The gummies are slot easier to take and works with my busy lifestyle.

I have taken one a day vitamins for women 50+ for many years. But I did not like was the size of the vitamins in pill format. They also had left a strange taste in my mouth. I decided to try these gummy’s instead. While the gummy‘s have a good taste, they do you have that vitamin smell when you open the jar. Luckily, the scent is not in the taste. The one change that I would like to see, is that the vitamin pills are not coded in sugar. I find that odd and would like to avoid the unnecessary calories that the sugar contains.
