It's my new favorite pan!
The concept of making 3 different types of lasagna was so unique I HAD to have this pan. I was originally going to use it to make a meat lasagna w/ricotta, a meat lasagna w/o ricotta (kids hate ricotta) and then finally a vegetable lasagna. Instead, I think I became too ambitious. I made a Cajun chicken lasagna, a roasted vegetable lasagna and a fully loaded meat lasagna. All 3 requiring different sauces. The pan is nicely solidly built, including the sleeve lifts. I was afraid the lifts would bend when lifting the lasagnas out. But nope, they're solid. All in all an impressive pan. Here's what I noticed when using it for the first time. I know that other reviewers have said that they were able to do 3 layers, but I was only able to do two. I put a lot in my layers, apparently, and I sure do love cheese. One box of lasagna noodles was perfect - for both 2 & 3 layers. Because I used 3 different sauces, I ended up building a little tinfoil "wall" in my sections so the sauces wouldn't flow into another's section. That worked well. I waited the recommended 15 minutes for the lasagnas to settle and then tried lifting them out. They came out easily but the layers slid. I think that was a combination of my bad in the amount of cheese used and maybe should've given it another 5 minutes of settling time. Other than that (which I'll play with a little more in the future) the lasagnas came out fantastic. My guests were impressed with the different sleeves of lasagna and we all had a great time with the variety. I would wholeheartedly recommend this pan!

No peeling issues for me
After reading a few of the other reviews about the coating coming off, I felt the need to write this review. I used my pan to make lasagna only two days after I got it because I wanted to make sure that the coating didn't peel like it did for some other reviewers. I did spray the pan with non stick cooking spray first 'just to make sure' that it wouldn't stick but honestly the pan's coating looks great. I baked lasagna in all three sections and each night we ate from just one section (makes a great full meal for two people) and then I'd refrigerate the pan. So this was two nights of being in the refrigerator and then as soon as we were finished eating the lasagna the pan went into the sink for cleaning the next morning, only we had a power outage so no hot water and by chance the pan sat in the sink for three days which is something I never do to my pans! After all of this I hand washed it and no damage at all. So maybe the pans they have now have been improved since some of the other reviews? But I felt it important to let others know about my experience. Also, i don't have any other problems with the pan but naturally if you use the lifts to lift out your hot lasagna, it will fall apart. So those are only good for the lasagna that's been in the refrigerator overnight. No big deal, but I thought I should mention it.

Not quite exactly as I hoped.
Concept is good, but it was awfully messy in execution. Was disappointed.

Great addition to your pan collection!
These pans are best things They allow you make different types - meat vs vegetable easily at the same time. They also allow you to easily make these and freeze part and serve part. Well worth the investment.

Not sure what's to like
The bins are too narrow for lasagne noodles, so you would have to hand-break dozens of noodles. (Interestingly, there is a picture on the pan cover show a noodle hovering over the pan but not actually in it.) If you tried to think of other uses for the pan, such as different dressings/stuffings for Thanksgiving, one can only imagine that once the food was lifted out it would spill everywhere. The lift-out brackets are a great idea; the manufacturer should make a pan divided into two parts instead.

exactly as described and shipped quickly
This pan has a nice weight so I believe it will be durable. Some reviewers were unhappy because the trays are narrower at the bottom. For me, this is not a problem because the width of the top layer is perfect. As long as the top noodle is perfect, I am happy. It is easy to clean.

Great Pan!
We love Lakeside at this house. My mother spotted this lasagna pan in the catalogue. I wanted to buy it for her before Christmas but I knew it wouldn’t arrive in time. I spotted it here on Amazon and I am a Prime member so it worked out great for me. I bought mom her Lakeside pan and we received it in two days. Mom made lasagna for Christmas yesterday and the pan worked out perfectly. I see some people said the lasagna noodle don’t fit. Well, I don’t know what brand they are using but ours was perfect. It made it great looking and easy to cut and serve. Mom is a happy lasagna maker.
