Just received the label printer a few days ago. The packaging was good, and it shipped fast. Is fairly small, approx 7" x 5" x 5" which is plenty of room for a 4x6 label.It gives the option of printing "drawings" stored internally, so I started with that. With this printer it suggests that you use their phone app which was free to get from the app store. When using the printer you are actually printing the image of the shipping label. Which really means nothing, just a different print button to press. The labels will feed themselves into the printer. Just line them up by eye, and push the label in the back or use the lever to open it and place it that way. The machine will move it in, and out to position it to the correct starting point. The printer works great, and after printing the first label the second label only took a few seconds. Would definitely buy again. Comes with a small stack of labels, 25 or 50.

It actually was an easy set up. We use it for our eBay business and is so quick and efficient in printing labels. I would recommend this to anyone and if needed would buy again.

I’ve had my Nelko Bluetooth Thermal Shipping Label Printer for a while now, and it’s easily one of the most reliable tools in my setup. The Bluetooth connection pairs quickly with my phone and tablet, and once it’s connected, it stays connected, no constant re-pairing or random disconnects like I’ve had with other brands. Print quality is crisp and clear every time, even on barcodes and small text. Labels feed smoothly without jamming. Setup was simple, the app is user-friendly, and the printer has held up extremely well over long-term use.

I honestly just spent anywhere from $56-$150 per thermal printer, trying out a handful. Out of the 5 I chose, The cheapest one, 56$, worked the best. Literally phenomenal. #1 This one, ranked #4 on the list out of them. Also it cost me 75$ after all the fees and taxes. I did not like it. I liked the size, but it gives you very little room to fix the blurryness and errors it makes (you can only mess with the density, but are only given 1-2-3 as options to fix it). The only other option is picture, text, or BW and then an option to mirror the image. I had to print out multiple (trying out each setting, every time to guess why the hell the shipping label is blurry or why half the qr is missing or why my numbers came out unreadable) wasting 5 labels each time because they change every shipping label regardless of the fact they all were very similar in image. There is an option to get more perks on the printer but you have to pay for that subscription to get access to these "word art" styled options. I am very disappointed, But not surprised. Big companies send out like 25 working devices for all 100 sold and expect people to just put up with the crap. Not to mention companies like amazon, taking out the fact they were sued for billions on their customers giving them less quality, less support, less of the company their customers built for them. To keep their billion dollar salary, their customers have to take the cut. Hence why so many people are getting sent used products from amazon lately, because they are trying to weasle that in so they do not lose money on the broken product. Most people do not actually return things whether they are bad or not... thats where they profit the most. This company shouldnt have a 4.4 star rating, it is definitely only a 2 star AT BEST.

I needed a quick and cheap solution to my home printer woes and the formatting of the shipping labels i receive thru my clothing resale business. This little printer was so easy to set up and print from my iphone. I am very happy with this purchase. I did notice that the locking mechanism to close the printer head is off center but so far that has not affected the printing, it is much cheaper than the other options so this is to be expected. This is exactly what i needed and very user friendly.

I print, ALOT of labels. And have used my fair share of thermal printers but this one takes the cake. Same size as all the others, (ultra portable), haven’t had a single issue with paperjams yet and the print quality is awesome. It’s thermal, so B&W is to be expected instead of color. Most importantly, it has wide compatibility and works with a PC or any mobile device with Bluetooth.
