Arbortech PCH350 Power Chisel

I received this order in record time. The tool arrived in perfect order and is to my total satisfaction.

This is an amazing tool, the only downside is you have to oil it up every 15 mins of use, and it makes a lot of noise, apart from that it's defiantly a must have tool for all woodcarvers!

As described. No problems with it.Shame about the price of these things though. Very expensive for what it comprises. Same with the chisels themselves

This has been great fun to explore in last couple of weeks. These are my first couple of projects, I really liked burning the High Banks lettering. A few points..- there is clearly a learning curve as with all tools- you still need to read the grain and have a degree of skill- it is a lot more effective than manual chisels- you still need to keep them sharp like manual tools- quite a lot of noise (ear protection), no dust, reasonable amount of vibration- you may well need to spend another £60 on the chisels required in addition- it isn't cheap

On the surface it looks a good piece of kit and just what I wanted, have not had a chance to use it to any extent as yet, but am sure it will dothe job.
