They are lovely cups but when they arrived one’s handle had fallen off and one was cracked.

Lovely cups. One arrived with the print missing in one area and smudged. Contacted seller and they sent out a whole new set. Can't fault customer service at all. Look at the pictures before buying and you will see what the description means by "unique" as the print is off slightly on these cups but I still love them for the price.

Can't blame Evri, these 2 cups were nit fit to be delivered. One was sharp at the rim, a defect when made then still painted then the other chips at the bottom. The photo only shows one chip but there were several. Very disappointed had to send the whole lot back when all I wanted was both mugs replaced. Won't purchase again, disappointed as the mugs were quite nice.

We were looking for mugs that hold a reasonable sized brew and also are nice to hold and these mugs are great for that purpose, the design is nice and colourful and I can confirm they are dishwasher and microwave safe, unfortunately one of ours arrived with a small chip and having spoken to customer services they were very helpful and sent out a replacement of that particular design and colour within a couple of days, an added bonus is that there are other things in the same design like teapots plates bowls etc so when it comes to replacing our existing set we can get a dinner service to match,
