Premium chair in decent price range
Installation support was great. The chair looks comfortable and smooth. The design looks sophisticated also. Can be a good choice for wfh ppl.

Above Average but not Great chair
Overall chair looks good. Easy to assemble and overall product quality looks good. Need to improve base sitting foam length for thighs and base sitting cushion needs to more soft for sitting long hours. I ordered with installation but self assembled as executive has delayed to attend as per appointment.

Average Chair And Horrible Customer Care Services on warranty
I bought this chair in dec 2023 , few days ago the chair got tilted towards back side while i was sitting , when i complained to customer care initally the said that they won't provide warranty and amazon will but when i send them email they accepted it and asked for photos , i sended them then they asked for video i also sended them but now they are asking to sit on the chair and then again send them video ,,this is so frustrating and time consuming i mean what is the purpose of the warranty if they can't send their techincians at customer place, so far its been 7 days and no help from them so far.. so my request to everyone don't buy this pathetic chair and don't buy any prodcuts from wakefit

Genuine Quality
My review after being used this product for 3 - 4 months. The quality is good and the bearing is very soft and cloth used in the chair is of good quality. I recommend for office work.

One of the best chairs
After researching alot I finally finalized to go ahead with this product. Wakefit brand is well-known for its ergonomics. Be it bed or now after using it for almost a week am confident to say that they live by the standards with respect to chair as well. The price range is also perfect. The color, the cushioning, and mainly the ergonomics are top-notch. The customer service is also very prompt unlike other brands who rely on Amazon to handle the after sales. All in all I would definitely recommend this product. Complete value for money in all aspects.

Good chair to work from home.
Comfortable chair for wfh. However the back rest can be improved a little.

Tyres are slippery, maximum height of chair feels low
1. Tyres are very slippery. I wish there would have been stopper kinda thing which could be fixed so that chair doesn’t move when not required. At times it is very irritating to swing around. 2. When setting chair to maximum height it still feels low. It doesn’t go much up as required. 3. Chair is set by default to 120 degree. You cannot set chair to 90 degree when you want to set it as per the convenience.

Comfort and proper ergo
Have been using it since just 2 days now and already loving it. Had some liwer back pain due to long sitting hours but with this, well... It looks and feels very promising...
