One of the chafer was delivered damaged, but the company sent an email showing how to correct the problem and were immediate in their response. The Chafers look great, great quality, and very professionally finished.

After some time of putting this item together we realized it was defective. Started the return process it took numerous calls and messages to this seller before I was refunded. I have been with Amazon for many years and this by far is the worse experience ever. I’m more upset I purchased many items from this seller only to go through this stress. I purchase close to $1k worth of items from tho seller and I will never again. Customer experience is terrible and I’m more upset Amazon sided with this seller. I would give them a zero if I can. PS. The quality of the products are not even that great….
