Not working (Neithers lights nor bluetooth)
The device is not working in any way neither the bluetooth is discoverable nor device is being shown on a bluetooth search nor the device light is getting on in any way even after charging status shows green. Quality of device is 0 in this terms. Heard of this brand that they are creating some exiciting things for creators but the device I got from this seller seems to be completely faulty the box in which it cames seems to be so old that they have packed it with hard tapes to ensure that someone have to tear the whole box packaging in order to get the camera grip out of that box. This is totally not acceptable. Amazon must take appropirate action

Right off the bat, you'll notice how strong the gripper is. On a larger phone, you really have to force it open. But once its on, it grips strongly and securely to hold the phone. I hope it retains its grip, I don't want to drop my phone. Theres also a rubber backing and grips to hold your phone without damage. You'll have to find the right position on your particular phone for your preferred grip and operation. I really like it and its very easy to use, and makes the camera easier to use...no more touching the screen!. The bluetooth connection is quick and easy and the detachable shutter button is amazing. Reconnects quick and easy with the built in magnet. I love the built in fill light! Three brightness settings and one button operation. Great feature! The overall non-slip texture is nice too.
