This is a great product to help deal with a common issue with using small aging barrels. They always leak a bit - especially during normal on/off spigot usage. This mat adds an attractive and effective line of defense between your table or bar and that stick seeping stuff that comes out of the barrels. The nice channel in the mat ensures even a lot of dripping liquids will not be a problem. Plus this is super easy to rinse off and put right back into use. No need for anything more than a mild washing and rinsing at most. I love this! So I bought one for everyone I know with barrels for a gift this season,.

This thing is extremely cheap foam. I ordered two one was already open and damaged it appeared to be used and also had a slice Mark where I believe somebody tried to open the package at some point. Also it's teeny tiny it would work for a keg about the size of a beer can. I don't recommend this to anybody

nice quality but does not fit the 3 liter barrel at all.

Looks great, thick Matt barrel fits on it fine. Already had couple of spills so it's paid for itself in savings.

The picture shows the keg fitting inside the edges of the drip reservoir. Our one gallon keg’s stand and ends of the barrel hang over the edges of the mat as does the spigot. This is not going to catch and drips.

This product is poorly advertised. It is way too small for the barrel and does not fit, and secondly it is simply just a dinky foam mat. Now that is partly my mistake for not looking into it further. But the pictures make it seem like it is a high quality charred wood or like a stone pad definitely Not something I might get as shipping material in a box. I probably would have kept this if it was at or under $5 but paying $20 plus dollars for this is a bit ridiculous.

There's no way the Devil's Footprint Barrel Mat (For 1-5 Liter Barrel Sizes) - Mini Whiskey Barrels is adequate for a 5 liter barrel. They claim the matts "FITS ALL BRANDS of oak charred 1 liter barrel, 2 liter barrel, 3 liter barrel and 5 liter barrel (1 gallon)", but in no way is it an appropriate size for the 5 liter (as my pictures show). I will be going else ware for any additional barrel mats I purchase! My photos will show what I'm trying to say. Take note of the overhead photo of the barrel, you don't even see the mat under it at all! Never again will I purchase anything sold by Thousand Oaks Barrel Co.
