This isn’t my normal brand, thought I would give it a try. This does work, for those who experience stomach issues when taking, I would suggest taking one a day, and work your way up to two a day. It does detox bad things out, so it will be rough the first 2 weeks. Just keep that in mind.

Idk how I feel. I have not seen any results. The smell of ketosis is still there and my gas is still deadly. Not sure how long it takes to work. Maybe I’ll give the liquid form a try. Pill is easy to swallow, so that’s a plus.
