Really good towel rack, sturdy, durable, looks nice in the bathroom, easy to assemble and a good price.

An easy-enough to put together towel rail. Instructions were fairly good, everything was in the pack including the alley key. Only took a few minutes, but I immediately found that one leg is slightly longer than the other, making it wobble. I tried fitting it the other way round, and this lessened the issue but it was still uneven. I did contact the seller about this, who responded promptly. In the meantime, I'd found that when full of towels, this actually helped the problem, which only is annoying if the rail is empty - when full, the weight seems to pull it down so it doesn't wobble or tilt. Helpful seller, and I'm happy that this holds my boys' two bath towels, the floor towel, with room for spares underneath, and fits my space nicely next to the bath. Seems stable as well, for when they lean on it accidentally.

Easy to build, great item

This towel rack is a good value for money: it’s inexpensive, the design is clean and simple, it has plastic feet to protect your floor from scratches, and it holds towels. However, the assembly instructions are wholly inadequate. When I first put it together, correctly as far as I could tell, it rocked like a seesaw and had a two-inch lean that was not corrected by repositioning or minor adjustments. To get it steady and level, I had to completely disassemble it, bolt it all back together loosely, and then hold it in exactly the position I wanted while gently tightening the bolts on one side only. It’s still a bit wobbly, as one of the feet lifts off the floor if I tighten the bolts any further, but at least it’s not leaning or rocking. After all that, it’s too small to hold my IKEA towels! It can hold at most two full-size towels; the front rail is too low to the floor. (Why doesn’t IKEA sell a freestanding towel rack?) I guess I’ll be trying again.

Good product.strong and comfortable

Price and item weight are a good guide to quality. I found this quite light and easily toppled so had to anchor it to a radiator. Good design but smallish. Ok value for money.

Excellent towel rack, holds more essentials that I need.

Easy to assemble, may be considered lightweight and flimsy but its doing a sterling job in my wife's wet-room. Its compact and does not take up a lot of space and very easy to relocate if necessary. I consider this a value for money purchase.
