when mine arrived one of the bottles had leaked through the sealed cap, soaking the packaging and half the oil gone. sent a bunch of messages to the seller with no reply, so be aware the seller is not communicative at all. scents themselves are just ok.

These oils create a wonderful essence of fragrance!...that's very light.The Orange & Lemon Grass are excellent for Spring! Peppermint is light and refreshing and I ❤️ the Lavender

The product was leaking all over. It wasn't closed properly. I don't know if I should return it or what.

I received 6-10ml bottles of oils, as advertised, the packaging was nice, the bottles were not leaking but there was a strong pleasant aroma as I took the box out of the manila envelope ! I was excited because it smelled so good ! Unfortunately, my excitement quickly faded as I opened up the lavender : the scent was hard to smell at all ! And when I tipped the bottle to add a few drops in my diffuser, the “oil” came dripping out So Fast, I ended up with probably 8 or 10 drops instead of the 4 I wanted ! And no real fragrance ! And true “oil” will not run out like water like this did !!! Over the next three days, I tried each bottle & found all six of the “oils” to be lacking in fragrance and viscosity. Very disappointed. Returning. /// ▶️ Addendum : I received a scan code from Amazon to show UPS so they could return the Oils for me; however, I became ill & not able to take these Oils to UPS. I received a text however from this Essential Oil Company advising they were sorry I did not enjoy the Oils & that they wanted to refund my money through the Amazon platform. I explained I was ill & not able to return the Oils. The Company replied I did not need to return them but they would issue a refund ! I thanked them via email. In a few days I received notice from Amazon that my money had been refunded ! Needless to say, Customer Service for this Company is certainly extraordinary !!! For that reason, I am changing my rating to 4 stars. Because of their sincere apology & immediate desire to refund my money without a return of the product, I will probably order from them again & give them a second chance. I have nothing to lose bc they stand 100% behind their products !!! ◀️
