I have 3 teaspoons a day. You can see the effect in my skin which is looking really smooth and healthy. I have had comments about how well I look and I have not finished my first bottle yet. Found it an odd taste at first but soon got used to it. Just taken delivery of a second bottle so will be super healthy in the future.

I can't say enough good things about Venta del Baron olive oil from Cordoba, Spain. It's absolutely the best olive oil I have ever tasted. There are many great olive oils in the world. From Greece, Italy, and Spain. But this Olive Oil, Venta del Baron is hands down the number one Olive Oil in the World. It's won numerous awards in Europe over many other olive oils. Flavour, texture and smell put me in heaven. The best over sliced fresh mozarella cheese and tomatoes (Caprese) and with hard, crusty bread. Totally blew me away. I'm very picky about olive oil and I'm not exaggerating one bit. This is fantastic oil and the people who produce it were very nice to deal with. They are very proud of their product and they care for their customers. Yes, you pay a little more for this olive oil but in my opinion, it's totally worth the extra cost.

Never gave much thought to flavor of olive oil until I purchased the Six Seasons cookbook by Joshua McFadden where olive oil is a key ingredient in many recipes. This brand of olive oil is exceptional. Great fresh taste, adds excellent flavor to everything. Highly recommend.
