A refine and elegant blue clicky switch and a perfect red linear feel at your finger tip.
I’m in love with this keyboard I’ve been a long time gamer using Logitech mechanical keebs and mouse, and have tried and own many others. For the longest time, every blue switches that I’ve play with are just simply LOUD. Yes. I bought my first couple blue switch keyboards because of the clicky sound, but that sound got old really quick, especially during WFH. Yes, if you search other KB forums, you might laugh, but there many that regrets how loud their blue switches are, and are hoping to find mods to make it less obnoxious. And for me, although, I went thru the rabbit hole with blue switches, I love linear switches for gaming, and also have a TKL red linear mechanical KB. Maybe I’m stupid, I can’t seem to type well with red switches for work. I took a chance with this Predator keyboard, and I fell in love with this. Is it perfect? No. But, this keyboard became my keyboard that I used day and night. How do I put this? This keyboard saved my marriage. I’m not kidding. My wife hates my full size G513 w/ blue switches when I WFH. Her colleagues can hear my ‘click click click’ during their virtual meeting (not funny to her). I love this keyboard so much that that not only I chose to keep it, I’ve swapped out my other keyboards PBT keycaps onto this Predator KB. Likes: A refined blue clicky feel and with sound that is distinct enough, especially to gamers that plays mainly with reds, yet it’s far from being obnoxious. The sound sits between a Loud Blue and a Brown. It’s definitely not a brown. The red switch feels identical to a cherry MX red. I can switch between a quieter blue or red (no tactile, no clicky) without change my setup. Optical switch instead of mechanical switch No logo on the chassis except on the space key – after I swapped out my keycap, it fits right into my setup, and without brands clashing against my Logitech G903 and mousepad, and Zephyrus G14. The LED shine thru the stem, instead of north side of stem, which makes the light looks more uniform. Cable management is good, with the channels underneath. I play with the kb almost around 70-80 degree, and cable management underneath this KB allows me to have the cable sticks out on the left side. The palm rest feels supple. Stem fits all my other keycaps Don’t like: Key cap, guessing ABS platic, acceptable for big brands, but, I prefer PBT keycaps, especially the texture. Space bar / stabilizer – probably could do some mods to make it sound more consistent. Prefer to use my own cables to attach to the chassis. No TKL option (I like Full Size for work, TKL or smaller for gaming) Don’t know how to program the per key RGB lighting effect Overall: I’m surprised what Acer is able to achiever here. I bought with the intent to try, but fell in love with this keyboard. To me, it has the most refine blue click sound and a perfect red linear feel at my finger tip. I would only replace this in the future if Acer comes out with a TKL or smaller version.

Cool keyboard big fan but mine died after 2yrs
heavy duty keyboard very customizable underwhelming feel though when switching from mechanical to normal mode via the switch. Big fan of Acer Predator products. My whole setup is Acer Predator items. Unfortunately 80% of the keys in my keyboard stopped working. The lights are perfect and work fine but i cant get 80% of the keys to work. I suggest to get warranty if buying something as expensive as this.

If you're reading this, BUY IT!
I have used this Keyboard for Several Years Now with Zero Issues! The customization on it is really a nice feature because I change my color scheme almost monthly lol. It does have a good feel, and really brinks back the "Computer" Feeling back into it. I grew up on older PCs so these Mechanical switches for the keys are simply amazing to use, and I plan on writing a few things using this keyboard. Buy It!

Great keyboard but wait for it to go on sale.
I ordered this because I'm a bit weird and like to match. I paired it with my Acer Predator laptop for when I want to game in my bedroom. I am enjoying the Kailh Blue switches and Acer's signature teal blue caps with extra-large lettering (included in the purchase are the original W, A, S, D keys). I think some reviews had stated people were having difficulty changing the RGB; I've included a short video of me changing the RGB modes (and the clicky sounds!). The included instruction manually shows how to change the RGB. This keyboard is on the heavy side, constructed of metal and plastic. This gives it a very quality and durable feel. No wrist rest is included, so you may want to purchase one depending on your set up and style. Overall, I love this product, but it's only getting four stars solely based on the list price of almost $100.At that price point, I'm spending money on other name-brand products like Corsair, Logi, Razer, etc. I purchased this on sale, 50%, and I suggest you do the same if you really want this product.

Poor Customer Service
I've used Acer products in the past, and had always been happy with them. They're high-quality, but inexpensive. So I decided to order this keyboard as a Christmas present for myself. I placed the order on December 2nd. But then my daughter surprised me with a new keyboard, and I attempted to cancel this order. It had not, at the moment, shown that it was in transit, so I figured the cancellation would likely go through. This was only the beginning of my troubles. Apparently not. Because it went into delivery status on the 4th of December. So, I resigned myself to the fact that I will be getting a second keyboard. No big deal. I have a grandson who might enjoy it. It is now December 23rd. I have still not received this keyboard. The tracking on the Amazon site continues to show it in delivery limbo -- first, no firm delivery date, then promise of delivery by the 15th, and now, no idea when it will be delivered -- but the tracking number at the UPS site shows it was delivered on the 5th of December. But here's the issue: I have never seen it. I was either the victim of a porch pirate (the delivery timestamp was after 9pm), or the UPS driver decided to keep it for themselves. Either way, I am out $107.00, and NO ONE is willing to refund my money, or to attempt to send me a replacement. I have contacted Amazon multiple times on this, as well as contacting Acer Customer Service, and everyone keeps passing the buck, and NO ONE is giving me my money back! Amazon tells me to contact the seller, Acer tells me to contact UPS. UPS tells me... nothing. Why should I pay for something I never received? Acer, Amazon? DO BETTER!

Great keyboard for a week and then it disconnected and wouldn't reconnect... Windows error saying the last USB device connected has malfunctioned. Tried everything on several different PC's but it is dead as a doornail. Returned for a refund. Very dissapointing, think I will have to try a different brand for a replacement.
