Can I put it in the oven? How hot?

Silicone is safe to put in an oven up to 428 degrees Fahrenheit or 220 Celsius. This mold should be viable. If you are using it to melt old PLA scraps I would suggest not using the mold where you put your food and instead use a cheap electric oven. And for PLA you should be able to stay below 220c and get a good melt.

Do all the skulls look Chinese?

No I really like me ne makes great looking candles

Do you need to use deep pour resin for these or just the normal epoxy?

The form is over two inches deep you would need multiple pours or deep pour. I’m a super clear 2in user and I pulled with no bubbles.
