Really nice. Have had it for around 3 months now and it hasn't shown any sign of instability (though in the starting, while kicking the bag, it used to get up a few centimetres opposite to the direction of kicking but we just used a rope to pull it down; it doesn't move any more- even without the rope). We used all four of the hooks for the pull up position because I didn't have a use for the dip bar so can't comment on it. I weigh around 80kgs and my punching bag is around 35kgs. I can do pull ups on it with the bag on without the fear of the mount coming loose or breaking. Unlike the other comments said, we had no problem with the fasteners received and have used them to put the mount up and it seems to be holding up nicely. Good stuff :)).

It has been an year or so and no problem what do ever it's great for exersive I went from 77kg to 68.7kg. The grip is really good and so is the quality. I weighed about 77 kg and it had no problem in lifting me. I learned to do pull up with this so a great weight hold.its easy to set together however you do need a powertool to install it to ur walls

It is poorly designed, the holes in the rods are misaligned and not in center due to which the wall mount wobbles after assembly. They should have provided longer expansion shield bolts, the ones they have sent are too small and wont be enough to hold the weight. Even the cushion quality is poor and the handle grips come off easily. Overall I would not recommend this.

Perfect Product.... It is Strong and Good.... ~ As per what I have expected and received.....

Detachable design is unique and sturdy, build quality is good enough but the paint they have used to coat is very low quality it is shredding and the accessories like rubber grips and cushion are not good, very low quality and will easily tear off during first few usage, given the price it colud have been lot better but that can be adjusted. Fiting and material: -check all parts and roughly assemble to check for stability mine was very mismatched rods and holes are not aligning properly but after few adjustmets I got it right, lot of paint shredded during the process. -Installation: You will need 10mm drill bits and take accurate measurement before fitting according to your height and usage. (Wall will get scratches a lot 😂) Overall good buy for home under 2.5k, grip and paint needs to be better.

This amazing product should have gotten much much more positive reviews than what it has received by far. The delivery was quick & the packaging was flawless with all the parts & fixtures included without a single miss. I got it installed yesterday in my Basement & used it once so far, will share my experience based on it. Once you get the measurements of the J-wall-hooks right the 7in1 pullup-dip station will feel very sturdy, unshakable & you can confidently & comfortably carry out your body weight workouts on it without the fear of crashing down or other untoward typical gym accidents & Mishaps. The overall material used is of a good quality, from bars to angles, pulley-hooks-wires, grips & pads, but most importantly the Wall J Hooks & the fasteners seem very strong & reliable. With proper care & maintenance this amazingly compact home gym station can last very very long. At this unbeatable price I'll say it's an absolute steal, every gym lover should get it. No more gym & the annoying hassles of getting ready, traveling & queuing up in the gym needed, you can achieve all your gym goals at the comfort of your home, not to mention it can save a lot of time & money. I’m happy with the quality and versatility it offers at this price point . The build quality is solid and sturdy. Installation was quick and easy, with all the necessary tools and instructions included. Only the sponge or grip quality could have been better. What I love most is the multiple exercise setups it supports. An added bonus is that I've been using it to hang my punching bag, and it handles the weight and motion very well. No wobbling or stress on the frame whatsoever. Overall, this is a good piece of workout equipment to have at home — compact, reliable, and super functional. Highly recommended for anyone looking to level up their fitness routine without taking up too much space. [Note: Just make sure not to put it up on a white wall, as it might leave some black paint on]
