Really nice. Have had it for around 3 months now and it hasn't shown any sign of instability (though in the starting, while kicking the bag, it used to get up a few centimetres opposite to the direction of kicking but we just used a rope to pull it down; it doesn't move any more- even without the rope). We used all four of the hooks for the pull up position because I didn't have a use for the dip bar so can't comment on it. I weigh around 80kgs and my punching bag is around 35kgs. I can do pull ups on it with the bag on without the fear of the mount coming loose or breaking. Unlike the other comments said, we had no problem with the fasteners received and have used them to put the mount up and it seems to be holding up nicely. Good stuff :)).

I’m happy with the quality and versatility it offers at this price point . The build quality is solid and sturdy. Installation was quick and easy, with all the necessary tools and instructions included. Only the sponge or grip quality could have been better. What I love most is the multiple exercise setups it supports. An added bonus is that I've been using it to hang my punching bag, and it handles the weight and motion very well. No wobbling or stress on the frame whatsoever. Overall, this is a good piece of workout equipment to have at home — compact, reliable, and super functional. Highly recommended for anyone looking to level up their fitness routine without taking up too much space. [Note: Just make sure not to put it up on a white wall, as it might leave some black paint on]

Don’t buy this product. This hook does not hold the bar properly and is very weak. Because of this, it is completely useless. The worst part is the return process. Even if you initiate a return, the seller cancels it from their side and marks it as customer canceled pickup. There is no proper return or refund support. Overall, this is the worst product I’ve ever bought on Amazon. Total waste of money.

It has been an year or so and no problem what do ever it's great for exersive I went from 77kg to 68.7kg. The grip is really good and so is the quality. I weighed about 77 kg and it had no problem in lifting me. I learned to do pull up with this so a great weight hold.its easy to set together however you do need a powertool to install it to ur walls

Detachable design is unique and sturdy, build quality is good enough but the paint they have used to coat is very low quality it is shredding and the accessories like rubber grips and cushion are not good, very low quality and will easily tear off during first few usage, given the price it colud have been lot better but that can be adjusted. Fiting and material: -check all parts and roughly assemble to check for stability mine was very mismatched rods and holes are not aligning properly but after few adjustmets I got it right, lot of paint shredded during the process. -Installation: You will need 10mm drill bits and take accurate measurement before fitting according to your height and usage. (Wall will get scratches a lot 😂) Overall good buy for home under 2.5k, grip and paint needs to be better.

What could be better: Installation: The wall-mounting process was slightly tricky. You’ll need a good drill and a solid wall (preferably concrete or brick). Instructions: The assembly instructions could have been clearer. Some labeling on the parts or a better manual would’ve helped. Overall Verdict: If you're looking to build a compact home gym setup, this is a great buy at this price point. It’s functional, well-made, and supports multiple workouts without taking up much space. Just make sure you mount it securely. Recommended!

Been using it for the past 1.5 yrs,and I LOVE IT This was soo cheap yet so durable,I am calisthenics athelete so I needed for muscle up and other skills One tip which I learned-keep consideration for front levers,I attached it in a hurry and now I can't do front levers on it due to space.but regardless the product is amazing.Thanks to it now I am able to do WEIGHTED MUSCLES UPS
