Great pair of glasses. These glasses and lubricating drops are the only two things that help relieve the symptoms of dry eyes and exposure. They provide a lot of protection from environmental irritants including allergens and dust. The tourmeline inserts feel great after being refrigerated. I highly recommend these.

Case is some other brand and so beat up like someone had it for years. Everything was dirty and not in its place. Rubber is totally stained and gross! Glasses seem like a good quality including the rubber seal. It was a close fit but not quite there for my face. If it were new and perfect fit, it'd be 5 stars.

For these to fit you would need a seriously wide head (see first photo for how large the gap is at the lateral aspect of these glasses). For reference, the second photo shows the Yourga glasses next to pyramex brand safety glasses with a rubber gasket that actually does form a seal around the eyes (and fits over prescription glasses). If you are thinking about trialing moisture goggles I would trying the pyramex (cost ~1/10 as much and arrived in 2 days instead of almost 2 months). Also, as silly as it sounds, look up blinking exercises on Youtube and start doing them 5x a day - that has done more for MGD than moisture glasses or the litany of other things.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I liked the style and look at these glasses but they were too small.

A bit complicated on how to use but the main issue is they do not seal tightly. There are large gaps where air can come in, so they're worthless. I am returning them.

Unfortunately, the seal around the glasses stand too far away from my face that it cannot make much of a seal. Without making a decent seal, this offers an amount of shielding for moisture retention as a regular pair of glasses. Considering how expensive these are, I would have expected that the silicon be sized to a point where it can accommodate a broader range of face shapes. There isn't much in the way of instructions, but it isn't difficult to figure out. Unfortunately, I think the seal around the face is pretty critical feature which isn't fully addressed.

Company responded ...After receiving a new pair that fit...i am very pleased with the fit and performance. I am wearing in exposure to sunlight and at least 6 hours per day. The Flares are greatly reduced and much less severe. After trying all medical options this is working very well. Happy this option is now offered in America.

They feel and look like safety glasses. They are not worth what is being charged for them. Maybe fifty tops. Purchasing Zienna chamber glasses.
