Fabulous stuff!!
I had previously tried and loved an expensive balsamic vinegar but could not locate it locally to buy it. I decided to purchase the Mussini Crema, Glaze of Balsamic Vinegar to see if it was in any way comparable to the brand I had been using. It was as good and better, and best of all considerably less expensive. I am thoroughly spoiled and will never again use a supermarket brand of balsamic vinegar as a dressing. I use this drizzled on fresh tomatoes with just a touch of salt, pepper and fresh basil, in my salad dressings, drizzled over chicken, and even over strawberries. Also, since you usually use only a small amount, it goes a long way. It is syrupy with a touch of sweetness, totally unlike the usual balsamic vinegars. I am still trying new ways to use it, and so far everything has benefitted from its use. It has now become a staple in my pantry.

divine!
i am a newcomer to the world of basalmic vinegar and its offshoots. while i have purchased a few mid-priced bv's and have enjoyed just about all of them, i know i will never be able to afford the top shelf balsamic. oh, i could buy it one time and enjoy it so much it would ruin the experience of "going back" to the regular balsamic-enter the glaze. this has a syrupy consistancy i can only imagine the really expensive stuff has-it tastes perfect on anything. fresh fruit and vegetables scream to be covered. even my eggs this morning appreciate the sweet, silky bath of this glaze! while a little may go a long way, i can see me blazing through these two bottles in not much time. if you love bv you will enjoy this glaze without having to scrape together enough coins to get the more expensive stuff. it's that good.

Perfection
This balsamic glaze is wonderful. It's got a great consistency, easy to drizzle on things, not too thick, not runny. I love the squeeze bottle. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory and acidity, and adds so much depth to many things...I have used it drizzled on pizza, salads, fresh figs that have been sauteed in EVOO and basil. Gives your dishes a lovely presentation, tastes fantastic, and is now an indispensable part of my pantry. I gave the second bottle to a friend for her birthday and she was thrilled with it (along w/ a box of Maldon salt...great gift for your foodie friends).

Arrived a sticky mess
I’m very disappointed. It’s a plastic bottle in a bag. For the price it should have been packaged better. The lid is cracked so every time I use the bottle it leaks down the side. The positive side is that it tastes good.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! BUT watch where you buy from and cost of postage!
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! BUT watch where you buy from and cost of postage! Once you have tasted the brand Mussini from Italy .. you will NEVER go without it in your cooking! Now keep in mind that I am NOT a good cook .. just someone who LOVES to eat .. and willing to go online and google for recipes and have the good sense of taste to figure out what will probably taste good .. AND love to eat enough to bother to cook a bit! Then will add this to just about anything that moves! Just added it to a pork chop and apple recipe .. WOW!! Just delicious!! Yumm!!

Super Yum
I purchased the Crema solely upon the reviews. I was a bit wary of "natural ingredients", I did not know really what that meant....so here they are directly from the label: cooked grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 39% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must) sugarmodified starch. (Contains sulfites). The end result is a thick, hershey chocolate syrup consistency. Sparingly squeeze the Crema over fresh mozarella and sliced ripe beefsteak tomatoes with a few fresh leaves of basil, and your dish will rival the best caprese salad out there. The Crema is a tangy, sweet and balsamic treat for the taste buds. Highly recommended. The bottles will last you a long time as a little goes a long way. Buon Appetito!

Okay, just not the best
This is a decent balsamic glaze/reducation. It has a faint yeasty taste that I don't care for...not so heavy to preclude using it again, but I have a different brand that I love love love, so this is just a back up. FYI try Blaze balsamic reduction/glaze. It is superb.

Yummy for the taste buds and the tummy!
Ok, so I went on a balsamic kick. I'm actually still on it. I purchased the Balsamic Glaze with Cherry to put on steak prior to putting it under the broiler. Add a little salt and pepper, six minutes on both sides... and presto... really good tasting steak. I also cooked pork chops with this glaze. Can you say yummolicious? The meal was truly tasty and I think it was largely due to this glaze. It was a good price and I couldn't find it at our local markets in this flavor. Definitely will purchase again. Looking for new things to pour it on.
