Adore Shining Semi Permanent Hair Colour, 71 Intense Red

Looked good but obviously didn’t last long

Love this brand and this colour was stunning

Been using intense red by Adore for at least 6 months now, it is my favourite semi-permanent red hair colour on the market i’ve tried. Super easy to apply and top up and last surprisingly long for a little bottle! Extremely cheap too? You wash you hair, towel dry the rub it in all over (with gloves) then comb it through, it mixes with the water on your hair to make a completely even coating, wait 15-20minutes then even rinse in the bath if you like?! No staining. I repeat this process maybe fortnightly? If that. It actually lasts a really long time I wash maybe 3 times a week. My hair does not feel damaged or dry with no patchiness what so ever. I am always complimented on my hair colour and its surprising health, I really recommend this product.

Colour is very nice. Bathroom looked like a murder scene and it stained everything it had contact with. Not as glossy as previously described. Coverage is good but not fabulous. Used as a between colour extender as red faded so fast. Not sure if mess and stained skin, even with barrier cream, was worth it. I will use it up but probably will not buy another bottle.

Well let’s just say my bath was pink afterwards. Took a few showers & cleaning to disappear. My hair took well to the colour (particularly the greys) & a few weeks in it still seems to be quite vibrant. Easy to use and store only used a quarter of the bottle so this goes a long way.

Purchased intensive red and Paprika to dye bleached hair. Intensive red colour end up looking more like bright pink so it wasn't what I was looking for but I really loved Paprika. Both really vibrant colours that I would definitely recommend. However they do wash off pretty quick, so needs reapplying at least once a week. That makes it perfect for experimenting 👍🏼

Been using different wash ins to try get the colour I wanted after looking at reviews for this product I thought I'd give it ago and I was happy I did. Vivid colour didn't even use all of bottle so plenty left. Used intense red ❤️

Great hair dye

Didn’t come out exactly as I was expecting, but I like it. I dye my hair often, so I don’t mind it not being perfectly what I had in mind, especially when the dye is at this price. I get tons of compliments on this red! I did bleach my hair first, partially because about half of my hair was bleached and not the other half. I used the “intense red” color and was hoping for a deep red, but it came out a little brighter red than expected. After a few weeks, it has faded to look almost pinkish-red in certain lights, but still a very vibrant red. One bottle was barely enough for my longer-than-shoulder-length hair (note that I got a haircut after I dyed my hair, if you’re looking at the pictures). Advice: be very careful during the process as the dye can be difficult to get off of counters,etc. Overall good experience, will likely be trying out more colors from this brand.

I’ve been read for 8 years. I’ve tried every brand of red color on the market. L’Oréal Hi Color is best to turn your hair red, but Adore is best to keep it red. Deepest color and longest lasting, also true to shade advertisement. Pro tip, mix the intense red with the magenta for the perfect red velvet cupcake red. You wanna get a pink or violet undertone in there to avoid it looking orangey. It doesn’t look as bad as it fades. I use this combo every 3 weeks on my hair to keep it vibrant. It even made it to my wedding!
