There are a bunch of these types of laptop stands and I’m actually not using it for that purpose (using it to place an extra keyboard and mini monitor on it) but aside from it being super sturdy, I like the design on the bottom arms which curve, enabling you to place and access other equipment below it. Most of the other products have a straight arm which gets in the way. The sturdiness is excellent with no noticeable wobble. The tension is extremely tight and you need to put some strength in it to adjust. It’s tough, but any adult can easily adjust the angles. With the two adjustable points, you can get the desired height and slant desired. Super versatile. No assembly required and super light. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something like this.

I needed to lift the laptop screen, and bring it at the same level as my external monitor. I am using it for a 16 inch Mac, which is built like a tank, on the heavier side. It's stable, and the the joints are firm, requires some effort to adjust them (fold and unfold), which is a good thing. The notches are padded with silicone type material, and it does have same material bumps, so your laptop doesn't touch the metal directly. Overall it's a good product.

The Nulaxy Laptop holder is awesome but it is missing two things to make it perfect a rotating mechanism handle and it also has no cooling fan system installed which I feel all laptop holders should have other than that this laptop holder is awesome. I can also say that this Laptop holder is very strong to move its handles you have to honestly pull weights cause pulling up and down the handle bars is like pulling the wires on a Bowflex it is intense, but once the handles are in place they will sit in place and the Laptop holder will not move at all you can type as hard as you want on your laptop or draw as hard as you need on your tablet and the laptop holder will stay still. So all and all if you have a I pad pro and you like to draw on it this is a awesome choice and if you have a 2 in 1 device this is a great choice but I would not say it is a good choice for Laptops all around because it has no cooling fan, but if your laptop does not over heat easily then you can use this as a laptop, and you don’t have to worry about your laptop falling off because it has resting pads install to keep the laptop nice and still. So I would say to make this a perfect product the Maker of this product needs to install a Extension Mechanism that can lock in place laptops and tablets that will also allow 360 rotations for 2in1 laptops and tablets, and to also install cooling fans. Also sense the holder is so big they can also install a 10,000 amp power charger to charge your other equipment.

Holds the laptop at the correct height to eliminate my continuous neck pain. Rock solid and well built, easily adjustable. Looks great.

Overall the thing I like most about this stand is that it stays put and feels solid. The adjustment is *very* stiff which makes the stand really stable as far as keeping position/angle. The stand does not change angle over time if you happen to use the keyboard on your laptop, or tap and swipe your tablet all day while it's on the stand. It's a metal stand (metal base, plate, and arms) sturdy and solid enough for the purpose of holding a laptop (or tablet as I do use both on it.) Simple design as well, it does not try to be more fancy or clever than it needs to be. The plate that holds the laptop or tablet can be angled flat, or angled pretty much vertical for tablets. There are four rubber pads on the plate, and two rubber pads on the angled lip at the front. It looks like you would be able to raise the height to about 6 inches, but I've only needed to do about 1/2 of that. I did put my monster 17" laptop on it just to test it (2017 MSI GP72 which is a hair under 6lbs.), and the stand held position easily. I wouldn't personally use a 17" laptop on it, but I could see it working. 17" laptop would stick out a lot on either side, then if the laptop was knocked hard on a side, I could imagine the stand could get off balance. Anything like 15" laptop or smaller, or an iPad Pro will never come close to pushing this stand to its limits, and less likely to get knocked off balance. Overall, I felt it was well worth the money.
