TARGET Darts Swiss Point Storm Darts Points - Storm, Storm Nano and Storm Diamond Dart Tips – Change Dart Point, Professional Darts Accessories, Interchangeable Steel Tip Dart Points

I bought these specifically to solve the biggest annoyance with standard dart points: the "lip" or ridge where the point meets the barrel. The Main Benefit: Saving Flights As you can see in my comparison photo (Left dart has the Storm point; Right dart has the standard point), these points create a completely flush transition with the barrel. Before: Incoming darts would hit the "lip" of the dart already in the board, causing huge damage to my flights. After: With the Storm points, the incoming dart just slides right past. The deflection is much smoother, and I’m breaking significantly fewer flights. Board Friendly vs. Grip: I chose the standard "Smooth" Storm points. Because they don't have aggressive knurling, they are much gentler on my dartboard and don't pull the sisal fibers out. Note: If you have issues with darts falling out of the board or need finger grip on the point, you might want the "Nano" or "Diamond" versions. But for daily practice, this smooth version prolongs the life of your board. Verdict: They are a bit pricey for just tips, but they pay for themselves by saving you money on replacement flights. If you use Target Swiss Point darts, this is an essential upgrade.

The smooth transition to barrel prevents flight damage and bounce outs. Personally like the plain smooth points to prevent board damage compared to the nano or other aggressive textured points. Would maybe use the textured points for competition but def not for home use. Never have had issues with darts falling out with smooth points. Also never had a swiss point break yet, but also have board mounted over carpet. Would suggest putting a mat or rug down under board if mounted above hard flooring.

These are the only one’s that seem more durable, I have yet have any break and I own quiet a few of these, definitely recommend it

These points work exactly like they should they hold in the board great and they eliminate the lip at the beginning of the dart I recommend them

These Swiss points are great…they’ve been dropped on concrete and on tile flooring a few times and still haven’t broken a point…highly recommend this set and also I feel like my grouping of the darts are better…
