I’ve been using the Ninja ZEROSTICK 32cm frying pan for a few weeks now and I’m very impressed. Food cooks evenly and nothing sticks, even with minimal oil. This is the best frying pan I've used, definitely worth the price. I've waited a bit for the review as in the past I've had pans looking good at first and not lasting, so now that I've had this for over 6 months and still looks and performs like brand new, I can give it my 5 stars. I've tried various pans in the past, Teflon (Tefal etc) is easy to scratch and doesn't last in general, ceramic looks good at first and then becomes sticky no matter how much you follow the suggestions with cleaning and oiling etc. Stone is not as anti-stick. The Ninja "zerostick" has all the best attributes, it has excellent anti stick surface, doesn't get dirty, doesn't scratch (even with metal supposedly, although I use silicone/wood myself), is fine in the dishwasher, does not deform with heat cycles (you know, when some pans stop being perfectly flat), handle does not become loose. I mean, it would still go bad tomorrow I guess, so I'll come back if it starts degrading soon to complain, but so far it's definitely worth its money.

For all I know these pans are good in all other respects but they are perfectly useless to me because they are bowed upwards in the middle. See the picture. I bought two - they are both the same. There is a lot of oil in this pan and none of it is in the middle... If you plan to fry every thing in your 30cm pan at the edges these frying pans will suit you fine. But if you have the idea that you might fry an egg or pancake or frankly anything that is more than two inches wide you will have to use a pint of oil to get it over the hump in the middle of the pan. When you thr3wo all the unused oil away at the end of cooking you may ask yourself if things would have gone a lot better if only the pan had been flat in the middle. Returned Garbage Don't Returned (after a lot of inconvenience).
