Q: Display turns black for a second whenever I browse YouTube and social media with video content, always. Why and should I return or replace my unit?

Sounds like a graphics driver issue. Are you fully updated in Windows Update (including all the extra driver updates?

Q: Will a 15mm HDD fit in the additional drive bay?

No it will only take 7mm or 9mm hard drives. Due to size (it's much smaller than images appear) and ventilation I would also only recommend using SSD drive in the 2.5 inch hard drive bay (less heat).

Q: does this device include windows 11 license

My unit (Mini S12 Pro N100 16GB 500GB) purchased on Prime Day 2023 was digitally activated with a Windows 11 Pro license using a VOLUME_MAK channel. It did not require an online connection to activate.

Q: Is this still running well after a few months use

I'm running it as small server so yes it's running for 24/7 since i bought it. It's really neat machine for windows especially if you are only using it to browse internet. Don't expect to play games or anything like that on it unless you want to play DOS games or retro games.
