Quite a leap forward
I bought the version with the RTX 4090, i9 and 64 gig of RAM. I basically wanted to buy a new PC that would be viable for the foreseeable future. My previous PC has been running non-stop for 7-plus years and feel i got my money's worth out of it. This new PC was put together well and seems like there was good care in the assembly, the Motherboard and the RTX 4090 are ASUS. PC's have come a long way since my last one. Even with more fan's it runs really quiet! I was amazed! The fan's will ramp up when it needs too but that seems rare. I wasn't big on the RGB colors but in the software I downloaded a 'Fire' theme.. I have this PC in my Greatroom and I use my 4K TV as a monitor and the 'Fire' light theme colors and flickering does give a Fireplace feel. Also, Windows 11 is soooo much better than Windows 10!! Zero troubles and worked right out of the box 100%.

Service
Ordered this pc and paid over 3k just over 3 months and mother board most likely gone called tech support and they told me ram so sent it in and they won't replace till they get it so purchased ram from new egg got in in 3 days instead of 2 weeks from them still doesn't work call again on Friday and the guy tells me it's most likely windows and hurried me off the line and told to load windows so I did and still doesn't work now going on the second week with no pc they tell me to send it back well 3-5 days shipping 9-10 before they will get to it and 3-5 days to ship it back a total of 1 month for a pc that costs more than 3k and that's the best you can do Walmart has a better policy don't purchase from them because if it goes down you will be without for awhile

So Far So Good
I did some research looking at either building a pc myself of buying a prebuilt one. In the end I needed one in a pinch so I opted for a pre-built since I was on a bit of a rush to complete some 3D rendering work for a project. Overall, the packing was really good. Nothing was damaged. All the parts were neatly packed and I didn’t notice anything unplugged or installed wrong. I’ve had the PC for a couple weeks now and I have had no issues. I’d consider purchasing from Skytech again in the future. Its plenty powerful and been so fun to game on. As an apple user, my MacBook Pro just couldn’t handle the rendering I was trying to do — but this thing handles anything I throw at it like a champ.

Subpar fans, bad customer service.
Computer was built with substandard case fans that are all interconnected, so replacing them is a real pain. I contacted the company months ago complaining that the fans were failing, but that the problem was intermittent. Lo and behold, shortly after my warranty goes out the fans fail. I reached out to the company, bringing up the fact that the fans had been failing for weeks up until this point, and they told me "Sorry, it's out of warranty, you can replace them on your own". I will not be doing business with this company again.

Azure Flagship Gaming PC
great company with amazing customer support. The computer is awesome and was worth the extremely high cost of entry. They dont seem to sell it any more, I assume due to the video cards no longer being made

Amazing computer!
Really fast and does all I need, I have bought a few pc's thinking they would work 3080TI Desktop then a 4080 laptop neither would run the stuff I was trying to run with good frame rates. I finally just said get the top of the line and here we are. Thanks so much guys!

Pretty nice
THis computer packs a lot of power as I configured it. I wanted something thqat could handle video editing and this, so far, does the job. Like most computers, it has occasional glitches that are probably more due to software (Windows OS) than hardware. I gave it 4 rather than 5 stars because I don't think less experienced users would find this as friendly a device as something from a more familiar source, like Dell, Lenovo, or HP. Some comfort inside a computer is necessary. For example, it ships with foam packing inside the tower, necessating opening the unit to remove the foam. This isn't an issue for people who are comfortable with computers and accustomed to going "under the hood," but might be a bit daunting for someone who isn't. It's really aimed at power users and gamers who are more likely to have experience modding their systems. For those folks, I think this is an attractive alternative to a scratch build. Like most gaming-oriented computers, this one has glass panels and loads of colored LEDs showing off its internals. That's really of no interest to me but clearly is a feature many gamers want. The LEDs can be dimmed or turned off if the owner prefers, of course. Cooling and ventilation are important on systems with this kind of computing power. CPUs and GPUs generate a lot of heat. As you'd expect, this system is well ventilated and has plenty of fans and liquid cooling to keep things from getting overheated. So far, no issues. I can't speak to issues like latency as a nongamer, but overall, for my purposes (general use with occasional duty editing large, UHD 10-bit color videos), it works fine.

Not reliable.
Great packaging and presentation. Worked wonderfully for 3 to 4 days. And then I didn't turn it back on for 11 days. When I was ready to get back on, my gpu (rtx 4090) wouldn't power on. Sending it back for a full refund. I don't belive it's worth playing around with customer service for a 4 thousand dollar rig that breaks down in two weeks.
