Very high quality as have come to expect from Viking Strength, which is pretty essential for a nordic curl so you have confidence you're not going to lurch forward and end up face down on the floor. Makes nordic curls accessible which are a tremendous exercise for the hanstrings and can also be used as an accessory for other exercises such as crunches. Ideal for working out in your home if you have faith in your interior doors. Can be jury rigged to use with rigs and racks in gyms though would be a great addition if they had clips or similar to make attachment easier. Never find any nordic curl equipment easy to get into and out of but these are as good as any alternatives.

Nach lange Suche, bin ich dank ein Freund auf dieses Artikel gefallen. Direkt gekauft, da es wirklich alles für Nordic Curl ändert. Man kann schnell die installieren. Die Tür ist besser geschütz als bei anderen Lösungen und man kann es üuberall mitnehmen. Bin sehr froh. Die Kletterverschluss machen es einfach zu ajustieren und halten ganz gut. Es funktioniert besser mit Schuhe aber sonst alles in Ordnung.

Produit de bonne qualité, au top pour le nordic curl. J'ai encore les ischios qui brûlent. Un élastique à coincer en haut de la porte ou travail en négatif pour les débutants sera nécessaire.

I think it was really complicated to get a working and instructions was utterly useless, had to dig through youtube videos and experiment with the straps. Should have been a much more simple design to be functional

I was very pleased to figure out that I could use this with the squat rack at my gym. There are no usable doors at the gym, and my doors at home are pretty flimsy. All you need to do is take the handle off the strap, pass the strap under the rack, put the handle back on and pass the end of the strap under the rack again. This sounds complicated, but I am strap/spatially challenged and I can now do it quickly after watching the youtube videos on how the pieces fit together. If you just want to use it on a door, don't worry because it comes assembled. The components are much beefier than a typical under-door nordic strap, and those can't be used under a rack. Materials are very high quality and I like the fact that you can take them apart and get a set of handles and a set of ankle straps. This also sets the product apart from normal nordic strap. Do not expect to get these and do full nordics right away---you need to start with regressions of all kinds, which you can find online. I typically use the ankle straps to do some light hamster (yes, that is what I call them) curls with a band, and then I do some nordic regressions with holds, roll-outs, hip hinging or crawling out horizontally with hands. At almost 60 years old, I doubt I will ever do a real nordic, but these straps are quite stable and I can feel the good they do for the glutes and hamsters, and back pain relief.. This is a quality product. Comes with carry bag.

The product performs as advertised, leaving no room for disappointment. It exhibits excellent functionality as a Nordic strap, even when used with my affordable bench. Although my primary intention was to use it for tibialis raises and hip flexor raises, it proves equally effective in these exercises due to its quick foot-switching capability. The only drawback encountered is the perplexing nature of the accompanying instructions. Consequently, I recommend watching Nordic strap tutorial video prior to setting it up.
