Works well.. Great customer service..
Works well. Water taste good. I like the 200-gal filter. That's one of the main reasons I became interested in this unit. The slim design fits in the refrigerator without taking up much room. I also have the Waterdrop 40-Cup Water Filter Dispenser that I really like. It's a lower, wider profile that may work better for some users. They both have the same long life filtration system. Which works great. They are both good water dispensers. But I kind of favor the 40-cup unit. I think it has a better overall design. But either one is worth considering in my opinion. It just depends on which model would work better for you. They have great customer service. So, if you have any questions or concerns. Message them. They were helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Tastes of clean water
This is was impulse buy because I saw it in my husbands wishlist. I have to admit I love this thing. As a person who hates the taste of water this thing has helped me drink much more water. I love the price of this thing it’s mid price and does the job I love the color dot that tells you when to change the filter. No leaking or any drainage and it is super straightforward no difficult instructions. I love it

Great Water Filter and Amazing Customer Service!
I traded in a similar dispenser made by Zero Water because the filters kept clogging (even new ones) with this dispenser made by Waterdrop and I couldn't be happier. I use this dispenser primarily for travel, as I stay in a lot of cabin type rentals and the water quality is usually iffy, so filtering is a must for my peace of mind. This dispenser is made of good quality plastic with a nice spout that works smoothly, and the slim design makes it easy to transport while not taking up too much space on the counter. This dispenser filters the water very quickly, so the first glass is ready to drink in about a minute after adding water to the top reservoir. I mentioned the customer service in my title because I had a slight problem with the first filter that came with the unit, so I reached out to the company. They responded very quickly and escalated my issue to Rebecca, who quickly sent out three replacement filters which I received in a few days. It's not often that a company stands by their products, so I felt compelled to mention how pleased I am that Waterdrop goes above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. I would certainly recommend this dispenser (and Waterdrop in general) to anyone in need of good, filtered water - as a side note I also have another under-sink Waterdrop filter for home use and it also works great. Highly recommended!

Great Tasting Alkaline Water
I absolutely love this Waterdrop alkaline water filter dispenser. I used to buy bottled alkaline water regularly, which added up quickly, and this has saved me a significant amount of money. The water tastes delicious—clean, smooth, and refreshing—and knowing I’m drinking healthier, mineralized water right from home is a huge plus. The dispenser itself is a great size and very convenient for daily use. However, the only thing I’m confused about is the top display. The indicator lights don’t turn on at all, so I’m not sure if it’s working properly or if there’s an issue with the unit I received. I plan on reaching out to the seller and I’m hopeful they can resolve it. Aside from that, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to cut down on bottled water costs while still enjoying great-tasting alkaline water.

We love it!
We recently moved from northern Illinois to the mountains of Arizona. Having lived near one of the great lakes, we never gave much thought to the water quality. We were on "city water" and water from the tap always tasted fine in IL. Now that we are living in AZ, the water just tastes different. Due to high winds, we also have a lot of dust particles in the air so we invested in this water filtration system. The taste of our water has noticeably improved. I decided on the Waterdrop system after doing research and reading a lot of reviews. I chose this brand for its 5-stage filtration, its large capacity, and its slim design. I like that the filter does not sit in the water like other brands. It fits nicely in my counter-depth side-by-side refrigerator. I had considered replacing the fridge with one with a built-in water filter/dispenser, but can now hold off on that expense now that we have this great filter dispenser. It was easy to set up and the sliding door on the top makes it easy to refill without removing the lid. If you're wondering about the difference between the classic and the smart indicator models like I was at first, here's a tip. One had a round knob that you use to mark the month you changed the filter and the smart indicator model lets you know when it is time to change the filter. We've had no problems with leakage. We haven't had to change the filter yet, so I cannot speak to that just yet. It comes with one filter and I've already purchased a set of replaceemtn filters for when I do. The replacement filters were reasonably priced and I saved a few dollars by buying in bulk. I bought the Waterdrop brand filters because some reviewers recommended against buying the generic ones. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase! We are saving money on buying bottled water and keeping plastic waste out of the landfills. Win-Win!

Worth it!
We ordered this dispenser to try to increase our water intake, even though we have fairly decent county water. Every once in a while I would taste mineral or iron or smell chlorine from our tap water, but it would eventually clear out and I've had a lot worse. This dispenser had helped increase our water intake because it is nice to have fresh cold water, especially in the hot southern summers. I don't have the chlorine smell or yucky mineral taste. We can easily refill water bottles to grab and go. I haven't noticed much difference with the alkaline benefits claimed by influencers, but it's also not any worse. I don't have anything to compare it to. The design and size is perfect for our refrigerator and two of us using it. We fill it about every 2 days. It is easy to lift with the built in side handles to restore it to the fridge after filling it. The biggest issue we have had is the filter clogging up and needing to flush and shake around the internal filters to balance it out so we can resume using it before time to replace it. Usually happens two or three weeks before time to replace the filter. We do get about 2 months from a filter. The indicator does not flash on it's own to tell you it's time to replace it. You have to press it occasionally (we do when we fill it) to check the status. Blue means good to go, flashing red means you have about 10 days before replacing your filter. Solid red means time to replace. I also make a note when it's time to replace it. We get the 3 pack of replacement filters auto shipped. Best value and small enough to store in pantry until needed. I probably would have rated it 4 stars, but the customer service has been excellent. The indicator light quit working a year later, so I contacted them through the link on Amazon. Filled out the form with required information, and they responded via email in less than 24 hours. Harper was attentive, professional, respectful, and demonstrated what excellent customer service should be. It seems so rare these days. Harper always followed up to my questions and addressed my issue. Delivery of new system was so fast. This pushed my review to 5 stars. Customer Service is essential to customer retention. I hope everyone has the same great experience I did. One day I think I'm going to try the new electric systems. I wish I could do the whole house reverse osmosis system.

Better than Brita!!!
After using a Brita for YEARS, I'm never looking back. When I started using Brita, Waterdrop was not a thing. Only Pur and Brita, Brita was the more affordable option. Fast forward 20 years and I'm a creature of habit, sticking with what I know and continue to use Brita. I've had the 27 cup option in my fridge for quite some time... until it started to leak all over my fridge :( I had my son do some research just to see if maybe there was something better out there and not some off brand that wouldn't be around long enough to get filters or a replacement from if need be. Insert the Waterdrop filtration system here and momma is doing a happy dance!! Compared to the Brita design: 1. It is a sleeker design, not so bulky. 2. No lid to lift in order to refill. 3. The spout is a separate part of the containerand attaches more securely, Brita spout is part of the container (this is where our Brita leaked) 4. Brita is difficult to handle, Waterdrop designed theirs much better. It's just better. 5. The actual design of this container is brilliant compared to Brita and they thought of every fine detail. Even the way they make the part in front to slide out of the fridge just enough to get water without having to wrench on it to get it to a place I can fill my water bottle. 6. The difference in the filtration amount per filter is HUGE. Brita filters only filter 40 gallons of water... Waterdrop is a whopping 200 GALLONS PER FILTER!!! 5 times the filter life of a Brita! 7. The water filters SO much quicker than with Brita which will make refilling the unit go that much quicker. Love it! 8. The cost is really not much different but this is by far a more superior product. They have a decade of sales under their belt and it looks like Waterdrop is here to stay!! Thankfully. Brita... you got too comfortable and you will be left in the dust! I've had this system for less than an hour and I'm already in love ❤️

Love it so far. Can't beat the price and taste!
Just received today and it was very easy to set up - just 4 parts overall plus the filter. The water tastes great - smooth and light. It's tall and slender which means it fit in the fridge easily so space isn't an issue. If you factor in the price of the dispenser along with replacement filters, your drinking water will cost you less than 10 cents per gallon. Good luck beating that price at any grocery store!
