I have been looking for comfortable height insoles that I can put in most of my shoes and these were perfect. Usually the ones I had made my shoe to tight or were very uncomfortable but these were perfect. I have the ones that are 1 inch. and I can wear them in all my shoes. The inner soles have a cushion feel, so it makes it very comfortable to wear all day. Anything bigger than an inch would be hard to fit in all types of shoes but even though it's only an inch it does make a difference. I will purchase these again for sure.

Love them! Ordered for my wedding so my fiancé can wear 1.5 inch heels (we’re both 5’7) and it doesn’t look odd. Standing next to each other I’d say it works! I was initially nervous that you might be able to notice someone wearing these in “low-top shoes” as other products had mentioned these types of lifts being bad for. I can say that it’s almost totally imperceptible when I’ve worn two different types of low-top dress shoes (see picture). Comfortable and also imperceptible when I’m wearing them, except for a slight tendency to lean forward since I’m not used to them. Great product, convinced my dad and a couple other short kings like me to buy.

I got these for fun, I don’t need them. I’m already 6’1”. These got me to 6’2” or maybe a tiny bit more (74.5” in certain shoes) They are squishy and comfortable but I haven’t really walked around in them. I doubt anyone would notice the change in my height. Maybe just my brother and father who are both 6’4” since they see me enough. Fun to pretend.

I ordered the 1/2 inch heel lift because one leg is shorter than the other and was causing iliotibial (IT) band pain at the knee of the shorter leg. A different brand of lift alleviated that pain but did not stay in place so I wanted to try another brand. This lift is comfortable and seems very well made but I knew immediately that it did not add as much height as the first brand. With the lift inserted in the left shoe, I measured the inside distance at the back of the heel as compared to the right shoe with no lift and the lift added not quite 3/8 inch. It may be coincidence but the IT band has started tweaking me again though not yet as much as before I used any lift. This product should add as much height as advertised.

Best I’ve found so far. Come in varying heights in a single lift; not peal apart. The glue works pretty good, but I add a piece of double tack tape to be sure it doesn’t slide around. I use the 1” height. These don’t smell either. Using the lift in my left shoes minimizes my pelvic & back arthritis pain.

I had total hip replacement surgery which left me with a leg about 2 inches longer than the other (this will be fixed when that hip gets replaced!) I saw this heel insert on Amazon. The price was great, and it had cushion sole so I decided to see if it would help. The seller was great and followed through with emails while I was waiting for the product which arrived before the stated time. I put it in my shoe, and bingo, no more limp. Perfect. I have only used it in enclosed shoes. I don't know it you could use it in sandels/heels/flip flops but it certainly works in enclosed shoes. It is also very comfortable due to the cushion support.

The "regular width" are nearly big enough to use in children's shoes. No where near big enough for adult shoes. They are also WAY too soft, just pinching with my fingers reduces the height by half! I was hoping to use theses as in shoe wedges for weightlifting but I don't even feel safe using them in my everyday walking shoes. Waste of money.

These are great. Got both 1 and 1.5 in wide ones. 1.5 is a bit too high for my liking. 1 in is perfect and I really didn’t like them at first. The abrupt change in height from the end of the insert to the insole didn’t feel right. I ended up sliding them in under the insole and now they’re perfect. Plus now hidden, you’d never know it was under there unless you tried them on, then you’d know something was up.

Holy lifts. Tried out them out in my tns and im finally not a 5’10 manlet, i can finally slay lbts at the club and stand out from the rest as a 6’1 lift abuser. holy terramog lifts 10/10 would reccomend to short manlets. :)
