Worthless product, feels like cheated by seller , overhyped description but in reality it was waste of money and upon that this product is non returnable. Cloth does nor soak water , does not squeeze properly and its not a professional material but just a normal household quality.

I didn't like the product.It's utter waste of money.

I did not actually use this mop for cleaning. I tried wringing/loosening it after I opened the package. It seemed easy to use, but it makes this loud, clicking noise as it is wrung/tightened, which happens as the rod moves along the inner ridges. Returned it since I found the noise annoying.

The materials used are of bad quality.The entire structure of the mop has to handled very careful to use it. The threads in the handles slip every time I wring the mop. The same happens to the telescopic mop handle if a little extra push is given to the mop. I would not recommend anyone to buy this mop as does not solve any purpose

This arrived as promised but I wasn’t sure I was going to keep it because it looked so big. But after closer examination I realized the mop base locks into the handle and it’s not as huge as I thought. The mop came quickly and pricing wasn’t bad, I might have gotten similar at a big box store but I wanted easy wringing as my hands are old and not as strong as they once were. The only criticism I have is they didn’t mark the handle pieces 1-2-3-4 so you know which of the two middle pieces go into the top and bottom, all pieces fit one another. I think I got it right! Seems like a good mop!
