Can this be installed to my hard wired basic doorbell? I’m struggling and May end up sending back

Hello, Doorbell camera is not compatible with other brands of chime. And our chime is not compatible with other brands of cameras, can not be used with old doorbells or original mechanical chimes.

Can it be connected to your existing normal doorbell

Only if your existing doorbell powers more than 12V as this doorbell requires about 16V. Mine did as my old doorbell had a transformer to power up to 24V

Where does the memory SD Card slot into? Door Bell camera or Chime

Hi, the SD card will be installed on the Doorbell, not the chime.
