I love the look of this mirror and its ability to keep from fogging up. The quality of the mirror is worth the cost. It is a show-stopper in the bathroom remodel. It is the perfect size and I love the dimming and color-changing options.

beautiful mirror, easy installation, good packaging. the LED is not as bright as i thought it would be, will need a second light in the restroom to properly see yourself during the day. overall, my wife loves the mirror.

I purchased three of the 36x30 size. All three arrived with no damage (the packaging is well done). and they were easy to hang. I have seen a number of reviews here about a rectangle of haze on the mirror where a label was on the center of the mirror. The mirror comes with the entire face covered with that stically held cellophane material the label is on the outside of the clear plastic. When the plastic is removed, I did see a ghost on two of the three mirrors, but found that rubbing alcohol then some windex removed it handily. This is just residue from the manufacturing process, I can't say exactly why it only shows under the label and on the corners (the mirror is shipped which plastic edge guards on the corners). I did try just windex at first, but it would not remove the residue. The alcohol was the real solution. Other reviews also mention the fact that there is no provided way for the power cord to get from the back of the mirror to an outlet without the mirror laying on the cord (which lifts the mirror off the wall about 3/8 of an inch). Though I don't find this to be a big issue, it would be nice if they altered the design a little and notched the aluminum frame in a few places to allow for the cord to pass properly. The instructions indicate that you can cut off the plug end to hardwire the mirror. Though completely feasible, I would not recommend doing this since the power cord is permanently attached at the mirror side. If the cord were socketed in some way on the mirror, then I would agree with this method. Imaging having the take the mirror down for any reason (like painting for example), then disconnecting the cord would be a real pain. And before you say "well, just cut the cord in half and splice behind the mirror", this is dangerous and not to code. I recommend putting an outlet behind the mirror if hardwiring is desired. One last item of note: The lighting around the mirror is indirect from the back, the strip around the edge is clear glass to allow the light to come through. I find it to be bright (especially on the bright white light setting) even though the lighting elements are not facing out. The mirror description on this site indicates there is a choice of direct or backlit lighting. This appears to be a misreading of the manual. The border lighting is backlit only, the control buttons are lit on the front. The button lights can be turned off by "long touching" the power button for about 5 seconds or so. Also another FYI: The defogger button is bright white when idle, and dims when activated. so, TLDR: No issues with the mirror or its operation. The one thing I think they could have done better is providing a way for the power cord to escape the rear of the mirror without causing the mirror to rest on the cord.

Large mirror provides perfect indirect light for shaving. Easy on your eyes. Installs easily. Hardwired minecto the switch and works great!

This mirror is not bright enough. The seller falsely advertises that this mirror has dual lights. However there is only 1 light source at the back of the mirror. The front receives a light through the transparent rectangular strip, which is not enough to light the face. Especailly for a 72" x 36" mirror which requires stronger light sources. The advertised pictures are misleading as they show brightness level that is not according to reality. At the end of the day, when you stand in front of it, the light on your face is just not bright enough. In addition, their customer service is non-responsive and keep on sending us back between different channels to communicate with them, non of this helps.
