21st Century Gelatin 600mg, 100 Capsules

I started taking 21st Century Gelatin 600mg capsules to help with my brittle nails, and after a few weeks, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. My nails are stronger, less prone to splitting, and seem to be growing faster. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. I appreciate that they’re free from added sugars, yeast, preservatives, and artificial flavors. Beyond nail health, I’ve also experienced some relief in my joint discomfort, particularly in my knees. While it’s not a cure-all, incorporating this supplement into my daily routine has made a noticeable difference. This stuff works really good. Made my nails very hard and made them grow out really fast. I wasn’t paying attention to my hair but I hope it works on that like it did my nails. I used this product about a year and a half ago. It took about a month before I saw a difference. I stopped using it and my nails stayed strong for about 6 months. So I started using it again a couple of weeks ago. My nails and my hair needs help and I really think this will do as well as it did before.

I started taking the gelatin capsules Sept 15. It does take about 45-days to reap the full benefits. After 7-days, the aches and pains in the knees went away. I've regained alot of flexibility allowing me to sit on the floor Indian style "like my younger days." I can walk longer without pain. My nails strengthened closer to the 30-day mark with noticeable growth. My hair was noticeable stronger and less shedding at the 45-day mark. I bought a total of 6 bottles and take 2 capsules per day. Consistency is the key for results. I am happy with the results and purchase.

I have been taken gelatin for a long time. I believe it helps to keep your arteries pliable and your finger nails strong. This product is as good as any.

I would’ve given this product a higher review, however, some of the capsules are empty. I love the fact that I have now been able to grow my nails, long & strong due to this product, but I’m being cheated with some of the capsules being empty. I’m really not getting 100 capsules for the price. I’m getting less. I hope the manufacturer looks into this because it’s not a good buy - if it continues to happen.

Every time I am having it in the morning I have stomach pain. Effects I don't know, as there is no difference

marking up 50% in 2 months is really bad. I am not sure why you're doing this. It's a ridiculous mark up. Doesn't make any sense. Regarding the product: Not worth this price. Whether or not it's effective is really out of question here. You are making it hard to buy your product again. So no effect will be seen.

Creo es pronto para emitir una opinión sobre el producto. Ya que los resultados en cualquier suplemento no siempre son instantáneo, sino lleva su proceso de adaptación. Pero el componente de la cápsula se ha consumido en otros alimentos y se vio resultado. Espero actualizar dentro de un mes y medio. O ya con una conclusión de varios meses para dar una acertada respuesta. Pero de que funcionará lo será.
