Worked as advertised. The installation was quick and straightforward. All the climate controls work. I would recommend ordering an adapter for the radio antenna. I ordered UPC 709466957193 and it worked great. I was not able to secure the radio in place with bolts, however the trim pieces keep it in place.

This unit was a great upgrade to a 2012 Lexus ES350 that did not originally have a navigation screen or a backup camera. My vehicle now has all of the benefits of Apple Play and a reverse camera! I ended up going with a different camera rather than the free one that comes with the kit because I did not want any exposed wire on the rear bumper. Installation was pretty straightforward if you’re a good DIY installer. The link to the video that they send you is helpful. I ran into an installation question and the email support was provided quickly and solved the issue. I would highly recommend this unit!

Maybe a person who's not into tech or just looking to add bluetooth would be ok with it.

Screen is a great upgrade works well for android and Apple. Install was truly plug and play. The screen gets some getting used to to figure out what is where but overall I love it. Only reason for 4 stars is as others have said if you have some of the higher trim package, your bracket will not work without some drilling. I ws able to install it with just one side in and it holds fine as its substantially lighter.

I loaded up my favorite navigation apps, i.e., Waze and Google Maps, and music streaming services such as YouTube Music and numerous handy utility apps.The sound quality is a significant improvement over the stock system. The audio enhancements, like EQ settings, amplifier outputs, etc. really bring my music to life. Calls are crystal clear thanks to the included microphone. I was also pleased to find that all my steering wheel controls integrated seamlessly with the new unit.Beyond the core features, this stereo has some other impressive perks such as backup camera integration, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, Bluetooth connectivity, responsiveness of the touchscreen, etc. For example,Minor drawbacks were lack of clear installation documentation in case of an installation hiccup, and the backup camera was a pain to wire as the instructions were not clear however, I emailed support and they responded timely, These minor issues are far outweighed by the massive benefits this stereo brings to your Lexus ES350

I got this for my 2009 es350 mounting was not great had to modify the brackets. User ability is not the best but not bad. Harness fit accordingly (plug and play). Sound quality is great! The fitting was not perfect but it worked out.

Wiring the radio was definitely a task. Although the radio is plugged and play, there are so many different plugs that are the same size. The fitment isn’t perfect but for aftermarket radio it’s understandable. Great Product

Outstanding product. Works great, easy install and all functions from stock unit work with this one. Had to drill a few holes in the mounting bracket to get the perfect fit in the car but it was easy.
