This is well made fearly easy to put together the size is spot on and it looks very good and very sturdy

This king bed was the perfect upgrade from a queen size. I searched and searched for something that would look good with the rest of my bedroom furniture as the manufacturer had discontinued my current bedroom suite 🙄 so I was unable to get a matching king bed. This simple black metal frame with headboard and footboard looks great with the rest of the furniture. It was easy to assemble with my husband, zero missing part, quality built and I love the fact of metal heavy duty slats. It was a great value for what it cost.

Had an issue while putting together. One piece had the hole placement backwards. I contacted support and they shipped a whole new bed frame. I was given the option of using the piece needed or keeping the replacement and sending back what I didn’t use. Since I had it 80% together I chose to use the piece that was needed vs taking the whole thing down and starting over. While it was an inconvenience, I am still giving 5 stars because the replacement process was easy, shipped quickly, AND they sent someone to pick up what I didn’t need so I didn’t have to load it up and take it to be returned. I did not have to jump through hoops to resolve the issue. I called, explained, they shipped. Easy process.

It’s pretty and strong. But we didn’t really didn’t think about how tall 18” under a bed was. It’s tall!! If you are ok with the height then get it. But in retrospect we ordered a different one not so tall so our guest would fall getting out of bed. But its a sturdy bed. A mattress of 10” would be best size . We also bought plywood and put a 1/2” plywood under the mattress as our mattress needed a solid base and that works just fine.

The best is very good unlike some others i’ve had that are a bit harder to move on carpet but this moves very easily. Me and all my kids can be on here so the weight is definitely not a problem. The only problem I have is that sometimes I bars slip out so my son has to go under the best and push it back in.
