Excellent product and perfectly sized extra long and wide for a queen bed
This is a wonderful bed ladder and is long enough to fit a queen or a king bed, which is what I was looking for. I found it much easier to wrap around the wheels of my bed compared to other bed ladders I previously tried to adjust. I appreciate that the hand rungs are a bit wider than others. I got this as I'm getting ready for surgery and we've been "rehearsing" how I will get in and out of bed afterwards. What surprised me is that I actually like it the best for getting in bed without using my stomach muscles. Was not expecting that, so another pleasant surprise. You do need to be careful that it doesn't slide to the floor and become a trip hazard, but if you put the bedspread over it that should not be a problem. I think this is an ingenious product to help people maintain their dignity and independence.

MAYBE THE MOST USEFUL ITEM I'VE RECEIVED ALL YEAR!!
Love, love, love this thing! It solved the problem in a second of not being able to rise from the bed because of shoulder pain. After suffering for months and struggling to get out of my tall bed, I ordered this from Amazon, got it 2 days later, and now have zero problem. I don't even know if I have it hooked up correctly, but it's made all the difference. Now, I am able to get up and out of bed in seconds instead of hours.

Good idea
Hard to use if you have loss some strength in arms. Instructions not very clear a few more pictures and words would be good. It does work!

Perfect for the hospital bed.
Length is great. East to install. Strong materials. Easy to use.

Very flimsy not appropriate for the elderly
This item did not meet expectations. To be able to pull yourself up needs a lot of upper body strength which most elderly do not have. The rubber bands are very flimsy

Easy to install
I purchased this bed ladder assist for my elderly parent, and it’s been an incredibly helpful addition to their daily routine. Getting in and out of bed had become more difficult due to limited strength and mobility, and this simple tool has made a big difference.

Hard To Use
I had high hopes for this Bed Ladder as a pull-up and sit-up assist device, especially to help my husband after his back surgery, but unfortunately, it didn't work well for our needs at all. Despite being marketed as an assistive device, it required a significant amount of effort and energy from him to use it. The "angle of the dangle" felt completely wrong, making it incredibly difficult for him to hoist himself up with any ease. While I can see how this product might be fine for patients with more upper body strength or different mobility challenges, it was simply too strenuous and ineffective for someone recovering from back surgery. We ended up returning it, as it didn't provide the easy assistance we were looking for.

Great after surgery for getting up and out of bed
This is great after surgery for pulling yourself up to get out of bed. We did not latch this on the corners of the bed frame but the cross member, which allowed it to be positioned perfectly for helping to get out o bed.
