I have Essential Tremors in my hands. That means when I try to do something “essential” or that requires fine motor skills, my thumbs and pointer fingers shake. I had heard of other vibrating balls but they are larger and expensive. I ordered the 2” Mini and it fits nicely in my hand. It’s also easy to maneuver around my fingers. I’ve used it twice now. I go through all the vibration modes for about 5 minutes. I do this right before I apply eyeliner and mascara. My fingers are MUCH steadier doing these tasks. It doesn’t last very long, but it’s long enough to do these tasks with ease. I highly recommend this for temporary relief.

Nice small light weight soft vibration massage ball. I bought it to use on my plantar fasciitis when it’s acting up and hurts really bad it does not add further pain when using it. cute little bag to keep it in

But it lasted less than a month. Also would have like a timed automatic shut off.

Good for hands or to roll around under foot, but not useful for localized back pain. That is the only reason for just four stars. The variable vibration modes are great, and it stays charged well. I'd buy it again.

The ball was recommended by my Physical Therapist for my hand. It does work very well.

We have had this for 2 months and it's already dead. Will not charge or start back up and of course cannot be returned. Terrible product and not worth the money spent.

PT person recommended after I had hand surgery. There are many uses for this ball. neck - back hand etc. seems to be well made?

J'ai acheté cette balle en 2 formats, pour faire mon drainage lymphatique (la plus petite pour les zones plus délicates : clavicules, cou, aisselles) selon les conseils de Chloé Soulsun. Je suis très étonnée de l'efficacité. Il y a plusieurs vitesses de vibration, et plusieurs intensités selon la zone à traiter ou la sensibilité des zones (il ne faut pas avoir mal, aucun intérêt). Pour l'instant je reste au 1er niveau, qui est déjà pas mal. Ca se recharge avec le câble USB fourni, sur une prise classique avec port USB, et j'ai l'impression que la charge dure longtemps car je n'ai toujours pas rebranché mes balles après 1 semaine d'utilisation quotidienne (effectivement ce n'est pas très long, 6 points de drainage-clé, 5 à 7mn). Bref, j'en suis très contente, à voir dans le temps.

Ho scelto questa pallina vibrante nel colore rosa, davvero carino, e oltre all’aspetto estetico è anche super pratica: si tiene benissimo in mano, è comoda da usare e la porto sempre con me. Si accende tenendo premuto il tasto per circa 3 secondi e offre 4 modalità di vibrazione: Una leggera Una media Una molto veloce (che è quella che uso di più) E infine una modalità a "onda", con un’intensità che va e viene: la vibrazione non si interrompe mai del tutto, ma cambia ritmo, diventando più forte e poi più delicata, in modo ciclico. Molto piacevole e utile per il rilassamento profondo. Per spegnerla basta tenere premuto di nuovo il tasto per 3 secondi. La uso quasi ogni giorno, specialmente sulle zone dove accumulo più tensione. È perfetta anche solo per un momento di relax. Assolutamente la ricomprerei!
