On Tirzepatide - this helps keep me regular
I’m on Tirzepatide and if you know - you know! Ok, I have tried prunes, those nasty green gummy bears, ducosat, and occasional laxatives for emergencies. No more. I just take this before bed (I only take one capsule) and this helps keep me regular. No gas, no twisty stomach pain, nothing. I read about this Reddit and ordered it. People there are so helpful!
